This is my second time booking at Van’s place and words are not enough to describe how wonderful his places. The vibe is so relaxing, cool and peaceful. There is a painting of John Lenon at the front gate very aptly welcoming you. It’s an amazing place if you want to just relax in peace and enjoy beautiful Yerevan skyline or jam some cool. Van is a terrific guy, always helpful and there for his guests. My favorite Airbnb place in entire Yerevan. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Домик был уютный, расположен в тихом районе с прекрасным садом, где мы могли наслаждаться отдыхом. Особая благодарность дяде Сурену за свежие полевые цветы и вкуснейшую черешню. Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

A nice set of managed apartments with self check in. It's more like a hotel really but with kitchen included. We enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain about! One more good thing is that the street is quiet: very unusual for center of Yerevan.

An amazing apartment - fantastic central location, but with a lovely leafy quiet balcony at the back of the apartment. It is so well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I can't recommend it highly enough - a great find! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nos quedamos una noche en Yoga home. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Alexsei fue comunicativo y André, quien nos recibió un genio. Nos explicó todo y además charlamos con un café de por medio. Muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Hay dos baños compartidos también grandes y una cocina completa. Además jardín con vistas increíbles y una atmosfera muy interesante por la gente y talleres que se dan en la casa.

This was my favorite stay in Armenia, I only wish we were able to stay longer! The hosts are super kind and the space is so serene and peaceful. Take your time getting down the driveway as the road is unpaved, but the destination is worth it! One day I will definitely come back to this very special destination ✨💕

close to shops, can get any where on the city with bus system next to Apartment, safe neighborhood, clean Apartment has everything you need. host is very nice and helpful

очень качественное желье, расположение супер, дом хороший. в квартире действительно есть все что может пригодиться и даже больше. хозяйка всегда отвечает, и готова помочь. единственный минус это матрасы в комнате с односпальными кроватями (уж слишком чувствуются пружины), но на двуспальной кровати матрас супер.
