Welcome to our Gite, simply named Le Gite No 2! Over the past year we have brought this old building back to life with a total re-fit and makeover. Gite is in an amazing location with lots to do and see. Your hosts are Mark and Agnieszka, and, between us, we speak English, French, Polish and a little German. We are here to make your stay with us happy and relaxing, while you create wonderful memories! We live next door to the Gite and therefore, should you need help, we are on hand 24/7.

La Maison du Passeur Gite

Close to Circuit du Val de Vienne, this well-equipped, historic cottage in a quiet location for up to six guests has views over the river and countryside. Three bedrooms - a large master and two further adjoining rooms - plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note, there are some low doorways and internal steps. Availles-Limouzine, a charming village on the Vienne river, has a bakery, a butcher, a general store and a weekly market. You will also find several restaurants and cafe/bars.

The local bar/shop is in easy walking distance. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk away
