Very warm welcome by Sylvain in person. Residence secured by automatic gate, parking space. Apartment as described, quiet, clean, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding. A nice little garden, the only downside is that the apartment is quite dark but nothing surprising for a garden level and the apartment benefits from an appreciated freshness in summer. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We stayed for a month in March-April, at the time the location was great in terms of spring coming and wildlife (we saw a lot of birds, hares, roe deer, the fresh green was popping everywhere). There are two bus stops nearby, so it's manageable to go shopping sometimes. However, it seems people in France often use cars, so the *bus* roads are usually quite busy. And for us who are used to walking a lot, it was a bit sad, but again, the closed yard itself is great and cozy. The distance to the road is nice, and the noise/lights are not disturbing. The host was very responsive and replied quickly. And the accommodation itself aligned with expectations gained from the photos, and was quite nice. The sofa is fine for sleeping for one person, and for two, it could be a bit tricky, but manageable, and this is expected from the photos

Very good stay in this beautiful bright apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Toulouse. The nearby bus took us in 15 minutes to the Capitol, it was perfect!

I stayed for 10 nights in May to take language classes and explore parts of this area in France. It is 15 min walk from the train station, 10 min from Capitole, and easy to locate. Great boulangerie and grocery store just next door. Neighborhood feels safe and with the bedroom being in the back of the apartment, it is very quiet. Lovely place, where you will want to hang out and open les portes-fenetres on a warm evening. I would stay again with pleasure.

From the moment of arrival this felt like a slice of peace in a wonderful bustling old town. We had arrived the same day as a large football match but inside the apartment was a peaceful as you could get and nothing but relaxing. There has been so much thought and life been put into the apartment that made if feel like coming home every night rather than just coming back to a hotel. Nothing but high praise and smiles from us.

Charming little flat in the heart of Toulouse! Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the central location, the view of an old church and to be able to have breakfast and some simple meals at home. Very quiet at night as well!

Very nice clean modern apartment with great parking. Good as a base to explore area. Walkable to main city area (which we did twice) but an uber probably best on a hot day when it’s 36 degrees and you have a dog! 😃

Had a pleasant stay at the apartment. Laurent is a responsive host, he responds quickly to requests, he is accommodating. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Pros: Netflix, supermarket 5 minutes away, green spaces.

The accommodation was beautiful, exactly as in the photos! Very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, a real plus to relax after a big day. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

Very good location in Toulouse, close to the capitol. The bathtub/jacuzzi is very nice, the hosts are very responsive and friendly. Portable air conditioning very appreciable in this hot weather I recommend

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location in a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.

A fantastic stay in the countryside! The place offers a magnificent view that invites you to relax and contemplate. Martine is an absolutely charming host, always ready to make our experience memorable. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and welcoming setting.

Very nice apartment and patio! Valérie prepares small touches for us on arrival, it's very nice (cool water, tea, coffee available, all the kitchen necessities to cook). Not to mention the luxury of the soft bathrobes, and the dream bedding!!
