Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Perfect view for this beautiful apartment located in a townhouse composed of 4 apartments. It is ideally located in one of the oldest districts of the city and the most popular, the "quays of the republic": right in front of the walkway, with direct views of the latter, the fountain and the small port. Very close, in a green place and very pleasant to live. Premium location, rare for rent! An "enchantment" says the visitor! Furnished accommodation rated 3 stars.
