Holiday rentals with beach access in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Thierry's. The cottage is adorable and is well worth its name "the terraces of the lake". What a view. Reaching the beach in 4 minutes through the flowering meadows, it was serenity for us. Thank you also for the use of the paddle, and for the strawberries from the garden, and the great kindness. We'd love to come back.

We had a great stay in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and decorated in very good taste. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. Beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment with balcony. Everything is available, as described in the ad, everything you need - even a raclette machine☺️. We particularly liked the direct view of the lake. There is free parking on site, and everything can be easily reached by car. Manda is a great host who writes all the necessary information in time via the Airbnb app, making communication very pleasant. We would book the apartment again at any time! We had a relaxing holiday with many hikes in the beautiful surroundings - thank you.

The AirBnB is great - everything as described in the ad and very lovingly furnished. The location is perfect. On Saturday morning, there is a market in the square right next door. Nancy was very friendly. Absolute recommendation.

Beautiful little loft, welcoming and fully equipped, the place is quiet, the terrace is comfortable and the garden very pleasant, the jacuzzi allows for small relaxing moments, the stay was perfect, just like Remi, always available and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back. Our children aged 5 and 7 had a fantastic time on the river and in the garden, the cottage is more cozy and beautiful than shown in the photos, the kitchen has every comfort, enough wood for the fireplace. It is such a beautiful quiet place, and so super green! The garden is tasteful and tidy and is perfect in nature. This place is decorated and maintained with a lot of love and care, you feel that in everything. We had a wonderful time!

Family with a child and a baby, we stayed 5 nights at Nickie's house. We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and particularly well equipped. We also enjoyed the exteriors and especially the private beach a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The baby amenities were great. The view from the house is great. There are plenty of hikes to do nearby. Off season, plan a few groceries and/or cash. We particularly enjoyed the village market of Sainte Croix Vallée Française (on Nickie's advice). We warmly recommend this accommodation and a big thank you to Nickie and Yves for their little touches, trust and hospitality!

Beautifully furnished and functional studio, with outdoor space in a secure residence in the center of Duingt with direct access to the lake... really very nice!

The apartment and its garden were perfect. Nothing was missing. Very quiet with a beautiful view. The lake and its region are splendid. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it a lot. The street is very busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organized to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉
