VG was our Dad, and this was his home. Dad loved to have visitors and there was always someone calling in and staying overnight. It was hard to keep up sometimes. He was a people person and committed a great portion of his life serving the people of Queensland but most particularly the people of Western Qld. We knew that Dad's home would be the perfect place for visitors to rest for a while and plan their next adventure. We hope you enjoy our little slice of paradise in the Longreach Region.

The Captain’s Cabin

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

When you visit Yogyakarta, you would like to stay in Ayomi Space villa, located in a village with a slow pace of lifestyle and fresh air and greenery from the rice fields and yet very close to City, about 6kms (20mnts). the concept of a villa with beautiful nature and stunning views, plus architecture designed with modern architecture with classic Javanese charm.
