Riikka has a lovely house by the fjord in Oslo. We stayed for a week and celebrated Christmas there. Riikka is a great host, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Riikka's tennant, who lives in the adjoining apartment upstairs, is also very nice. His dog, Gin, also made us feel very welcome! Views over Oslofjorden. Huge dining room. Fantastic kitchen, ideal for whipping-up a feast. Grand, old fireplace. West-facing balcony with sweeping water views. Perfect for a family gathering!

The location is quite incredible if you are looking for peace, nature and space...🌲🌳🌲 Our accommodation for 8, was about 400 meters on foot but a small trolley allowed to transport bulky luggage (2 large suitcases). the jacuzzi was nice, the terrace, the kitchen and everything you need was there. The overhead projector and its screen are a nice bonus😎 A big thank you to our host who has always been responsive and friendly. Sinsen is central and very favorable starting point for excursions throughout the Oslo area. It is a short distance to the bus and metro. The house is cozy with nice rooms, cozy kitchen and living room. There is an amazing sheltered garden on the outside that invites you to sit outside. We are very happy with our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to inquiries. We recommend the place!

Lovely place that really gives a taste of life in a homestead. Very peaceful and great hiking terrain. Jan as a host, gave us a great introduction to the space and history. Highly recommended

The cabin is very idyllic and quiet in nature. Beautiful view from the terrace or from the hot tub, if you want. There were only two of us and we had plenty of space inside. Everything we needed was there, even for cooking. Michael was always and quickly approachable and very friendly. We felt comfortable

We had a great time in this peaceful place in a pleasant setting to start our stay in Norway. I recommend it for relaxing!

Marte's place was beautiful--I personally really loved her decorative taste (and learned that I love Elsa Beskow and Alphonse Mucha). Aside from that, it was very clean and she communicated with us in advance about some construction that was going on at the property, which turned out to be fine for us. The neighborhood was quiet with some great restaurants and very easy access by bus from the city center. There was an outer door to the complex that got stuck at one point and Marte was very helpful and proactive in getting help for my husband to get back in. Overall she seemed laid-back, friendly, and cheerful. I highly recommend staying with this fantastic host. Thank you so much.

The kitchen is clean and has all the necessary supplies. If there are any problems, they can provide assistance in a timely manner.

A personal, great and well-equipped apartment in a venerable wooden house in Ekebergåsen. You have a view of the whole city, but all you hear is the birds in the trees outside. There is a bus right on the street, or you can walk down a beautiful (and steep!) street and take the tram into the city center. Either way, you're close to everything. And if you come by car like us, you can park for free on the gravel area outside the house. For two adults with a baby, it was absolutely ideal, and we look forward to the next time!

We had a great stay at Hildes place. The cabin was the perfect getaway location: quiet, beautiful and very close to the train station to Oslo. When it was sunny, we enjoyed the seating outside. The cabin had everything we needed. Hilde was very proactive in her communication. Jakob even brought us some extra firewood for the fireplace.

Thank you again for hosting us and your accommodation. It was really perfect. Glad we were able to find a cool drink on arrival, with the heat, it was very nice as a touch. Thanks for your attention to our 5-month-old too (bed and small toy that she loved). We highly recommend your listing.

We had a very nice stay and can recommend a visit. Charming farm in green and beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Rustic and pleasant style inside, we felt at home right away😊.

We really enjoyed Liv's apartment: clean, spacious, well arranged, with nice decor. Transportation (metro, tram and bus) is close by. It is very convenient for discovering the different neighborhoods of Oslo.

Beautiful apartment in a really quiet neighbourhood with amazing views of the city and amazing transport links to tram and metro trains. Would definitely recommend for anyone taking a trip to Oslo.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location with super cafés and restaurants, within a short walk. The city centre is easy to reach either walking or using public transport. The apartment is beautifully presented and extremely comfortable, with superb views of the city. Thor was a very good host, particularly as our arrival time was so late - Thank you!
