We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. Welcome to our great and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in a quiet and rural setting. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.

Lovely sea and mountain views Peaceful, swimming areas, nice base for trips on Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!

The cabin is filled with Norwegian design and quality and is located at Villsaugården on Smøla. This is the place to stay if you're hunting for a romantic get away for two. But there are sleeping places for four, plus double sofa bed, if you want to be more The cabin is fully equipped for six people. The panoramic window fills almost all of one wall and makes the cabin an experience.

Her bor du virkelig i skogens ro, midt i et 4000 dekar stort naturreservat. Det er ikke innlagt strøm eller vann, ei heller telefondekning (du må vite hvor du skal gå for å motta meldinger). Rent vann henter du i bekken fem meter fra koia. To gode senger venter på deg når dagens naturopplevelser er over. Boligen har både Canal Digital parabol og RiksTV både i stue og kjøkken. Peisovn på stue/kjøkken. Varmepumpe på stue, varmekabler i gulv bad, entre/gang og kjellerstue/gang/vaskerom. Det er både kullgrill og gass grill på balkong/terrasse. Det er 5-6 sykler for voksne og sykler for barn i uthuset. Robåt oppe ved vann.
