We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Large outdoor area with lawn and berry bushes. Small porch on the 2nd floor where the morning coffee can be enjoyed, in hopefully brilliant morning sun. Plenty of hiking opportunities. 100 meters from the sea. Possibilities for rent of a boat w/outboard motor. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. A bathroom, and a combined bathroom/laundry room w/bathtub, washing machine. In the living room there is a heat pump and wood stove. 1 double bed, and 2 single beds. Plenty of space for a travel bed.

Seaside all year cottage.

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.

Lovely sea and mountain views Peaceful, swimming areas, nice base for trips on Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!

Here you can enjoy the silence and good cabin life. Suitable for families with children, but also excellent for a getaway with your loved one. The cabin is privately located surrounded by animal nature and has great hiking opportunities in mountains and feathers. Only a few minutes to the grocery store and the ferry name seivika log wave that will take you to Kristiansund. The cabin consists of: living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Well equipped outdoor area and naust that can be used.

Her bor du virkelig i skogens ro, midt i et 4000 dekar stort naturreservat. Det er ikke innlagt strøm eller vann, ei heller telefondekning (du må vite hvor du skal gå for å motta meldinger). Rent vann henter du i bekken fem meter fra koia. To gode senger venter på deg når dagens naturopplevelser er over.
