Am Fuße des Teutoburger Waldes, nahe der einzigartigen Sennelandschaft gelegen, befindet sich der gemütliche Bungalow. Drei Zimmer und ein großer Wohn- sowie Essbereich bieten Platz für 4-5 Erwachsene. Natürlich darf Euer Hund auch mitkommen. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit direktem Zugang zum Wohnzimmer, lädt zu gemeinsamen Kochabenden ein. Das Bad wurde kürzlich renoviert. Falls notwenig, kann man sich im separaten Arbeitszimmer zurückziehen. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Our vacation apartment is located in the attic of our bungalow. You can reach it through the main entrance door of our house via the common hallway and the stairs up, via our gallery. Only our guests live on the upper floor. It is also lockable with a separate key. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. We offer, if desired, breakfast separately. This must be requested and coordinated individually.

Very lovingly and brightly furnished, small apartment with separate entrance. Very close to the forest, which was my main criterion. Mirjam responds quickly, was sympathetic and helpful. When I asked for a hair dryer, I was allowed to borrow hers and the next day a hair dryer for the apartment was hanging on the door. Everything is very clean and well equipped. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great stay. The 1-room apartment was modern and clean. The pull-out bed was also cozy. Since it is in the attic, it was quite warm but every now and then the window opened and cool air came in. At higher temperatures, it could be more difficult to remedy the situation. I liked that the blind was not translucent at all and that you had an undisturbed sleep. The neighbors were also very kind. You can park directly in front of the house. A grocery store is 5 minutes away. Close to the foot. Price-performance ratio is top!

My dogs and I had a lovely stay! The only thing missing compared to the Conventional hotel would have been room service and gummy bears on the duvet 😄 I am really satisfied The tiny apartment is quiet and still easily accessible. For dog owners or nature lovers there is a hiking trail directly from the front door. The apartment itself is nicely equipped and there is actually nothing missing (vacuum cleaner and clothes rack can also be used as needed). In particular, I would like to highlight the walk-in shower. Daniel is super nice and a really great host. If I visit my sisters again at the end of the year, then I will definitely see that I will stay here again.

Very nice and clean house in the center of Detmold. In a beautiful building with a stylish interior. We loved it to stay there for the weekend. In the beautiful green surroundings, with many nice bars and restaurants to enjoy at walking distance.
