The Kellerstöckl has been renovated, deliberately preserved and furnished in its original state. Less is more - immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of former country life - with minimal technology. You can also use our orchard and adjacent forests for relaxing walks or enjoy a day of swimming at the nearby lakes or thermal baths.

Sit back and relax at this stylish and modern home in a quiet location in the volcanic country. Or enjoy long evenings at the jetty and cool off in the private swimming pond. In addition, there is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

The Lind Fruchtreich Apartment is nestled in the picturesque hills of Eastern Styria and offers a terrace with a hot tub and views of the vineyard.
