Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Team EJ communicated well and very welcoming and The place was great for my parents and kids to come visit in Auckland and the place was very spacious,location was walkable for them to visit around new market malls etc and the only minor issue was the room gets too humid and stuffy at night and there was no YouTube or Netflix to watch.but overall it was a good place,good value for money thanks for hosting us Team EJ 5/5

Great location, comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms. Couple of things to note. Info folder was not obvious, inside coffee tbl drawer, info papers in a mess. We didnt find it till 3 days in, so couldn't figure out how to get out of the garage. Called houst, they didn't know, called the bldg manager, then had to call 2nd bldg mgr to find the scanner (on the pillar before the roller door), residents have remote so they couldn't help. Need clear directions of where the bins are located. Be mindful, no central A/C or heating or reverse cycle, could be an issue mid summer & mid winter. Got quite warm during sunny days and floor fans were noisy especially when trying to sleep at night. 2nd bdrm wardrobe was packed with oil heaters, cushions, pillows in the baskets, had to push them all on top shelf to use the baskets for clothes. These are minor things to be aware of. Still a great stay and eould book again.

This is a lovely space, we felt very comfortable. Perfect for our over night to see a show in the city. The location perfect, so close to everything and having the car park space is wonderful! Nikki is a wonderful host, so friendly and kind. We totally recommend this stay and would like to stay again next time we are in Auckland!

We LOVED staying at Kirsten’s! This area has a lot of beautiful sites and is very walkable. Kirsten was super responsive, kind, and had everything thought out! We loved the patio with the plant wall and our favorite restaurant was Elmo’s!!! YUM! Thanks Kirsten - we’ll be back!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, stunning views and cosy vibe. We really loved our stay here. Lovely amenities and treats that made the stay even more awesome. Ideal and walkable location. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.

Great apartment, close to the city but away from the noise. Loads of Wynyard Quarter restaurants to choose from just around the corner. Super comfy couches in the living room and good sized bedrooms. Sarah provided lots of useful information to help find our way around and to feel at home during the stay. Would definitely look to stay again.

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Great host. It was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been. Everything clean and neat. Toilet very clean as well.

Jaque is an amazing host! She is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her place is absolutely fantastic-clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Despite an unexpected delay that caused us to arrive very late, she waited patiently and greeted us even past midnight, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

The place is very peaceful, located on a beautiful street, and highly convenient to reaching the CBD and the university of Auckland, either by bus or on foot. I prefer walking. The room is clean, well-organized, and even has a TV for entertainment. The bathroom opposite the room is used only by me. It offers great value of money. More importantly, Sarah is extremely helpful-she even gave me her public transport card when mine was not ready. It has been a wonderful experience, especially as I had just arrived in Auckland to study, and I truly felt supported.

Ben is incredibly responsive and accommodating. His place made our stay incredibly comfortable and strategically located near several convenient points. I would definitely love to return and stay there again in the future.

Fantastic home away from home and a most helpful host who cam out to meet me prior to check in when car broke down. The flat is super comfy, has everything I needed and nice walks to the beach or cafes in Milford. Would stay again. Thanks Rose!

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

H ad an absolutely terrific 3 week work stay at Nicola’s apartment. Countdown is just around the corner, Takapuna village is a 12-min walk, and the building itself is super safe and secure. Neighbors are all friendly, too. Did I mention HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS?? Nicola (and Amanda) are incredibly responsive hosts, and so flexible and generous. My project continues in a couple of months and I hope the apartment is available again then. (Ubering everywhere takes just about 15 minutes, but next time I think we will hire a car since there is assigned parking to give us flexibility to explore a bit more.)

The apartment is completely new, everything was very clean, well equipped (I would appreciate bigger sofa but no big deal as you can lay in the comfortable bed.) Also pool and gym looked nice (we just did not use it but checked the out:)). Ying was responsive and nice.

very great place with stunning view on the balcony just like the picture posted. very clean with amenities according to the description. stephen is a nice host with very clear instruction during our check in. I had a pleasant experience staying there.

Maree was a lovely host and her apartment was so elegant and tasteful and filled with pretty things - it was a real treat to get to stay there. :)

I spend three weeks at Diana's place. The accomodation was cozy, clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the area easily. The ferry terminal is just a 7 minute walk away and there are a lot of eating options around. I totally enjoyed the view from my own balcony. It was also nice to sit outside with Diana and her friend Iwan and have a talk. They are lovely, helfpul and communicative hosts. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks for everything!
