Venez passer un bon moment et profiter du confort dans mon studio spacieux et confortable à 20 mn en métro du centre de Paris. Situé dans un quartier tranquille et au rez de chaussé d un petit bâtiment totalement rénové de 5 appartements et d un petit jardin à l arrière. Supérette pour faire vos courses et laverie en face et au coin de la rue le « pasta sana » un bon petit restaurant italien. Pour votre sécurité vidéosurveillance dans le couloir qui mène au studio. Activité illicite proscrite !

It was a joy to stay at Elio's place. Elio is a wonderful person. Always cheerful, prompt with responses and kind. He helped me experience Paris like a local. I was also lucky to experience some of his cooking, honed with years of experience. He can be a mentor for people, teaching them what joy de vivre really means. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at his place. There is a lot you can learn from him while enjoying Paris.

Christelle was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. Her place is just a 3 min walk from a Metro station which takes you to the center of Paris in 20 minutes. There are grocerie stores near by, as well as pop-up farmers market, barbershops, and shopping malls. I definitely recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment was exactly as described and Jin was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The location is a 5 minute walk from the M5 line which gets you to the city in 30minutes. There is an aldi closeby and some nice restaurants too. Thankyou for having us :)

His place is very neat and clean and his drawing room is a treat to eye ..full of greenery … books… aesthetic show pieces . Supermarket is also very near and transport system is also very easy … need one day to understand. But once you understand it’s a piece of cake to visit any place in Paris . Would definitely recommend it !!!!

Guillaume is the nicest host, friendly but not intrusive, he makes you feel at home and leave your space. The room is nice and the mattress is great. I felt very comfortable in the apartment, I could work, I could rest and I could get a nice shower. Overall a great stay. You're not in the city center, but this is the real Paris where real people live, you walk 6 min catch the metro and the city is yours. Tnx

Very pleasant stay at Alma's. Her apartment is a haven of peace, full of charm and calm. Its little jungle is extraordinary for anyone who knows how to appreciate Mother Nature. The quality of the interaction with Alma was perfect, super responsive and friendly . The bedroom and the small bathroom are pristine and comfortable. I recommend it 200% 🤗🤗
