Very nice getaway in a peaceful little village. The listing was as described and the hot tub was a plus as expected. Very friendly and available hosts.

Arnaud is a very welcoming and accommodating host. We had a great weekend with the family in his old renovated inn. The accommodation is very pleasant, well equipped, with many amenities for the pleasure of young and old, while feeling at ease. I highly recommend this accommodation and thank Arnaud again.

We had a great weekend! Very nice cottage, well arranged for 12 people with spa and pool. Outside with a nice dining area. Supermarket within 5 minutes. Departure for bike rides from Mesnil-Saint-Père.

Great stay in this rustic and well-equipped house, perfect for relaxing with friends. The indoor pool with jacuzzi is really great! The cleaning could have been a little more thorough, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. Thanks to Benjamin for his responsiveness and flexibility at the start.

pleasant townhouse with a small inner courtyard without opposite where the jacuzzi is. the bedrooms are spacious. close to the city center on foot. Sarah was punctual so we could pick up the keys and she responds quickly to the phone. Just be careful because the stairs to access the first floor are very steep, miller's ladder style, and the toilets in the only bathroom, it's less convenient. Otherwise, overall I recommend this accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi (the water is changed after each guest) it's a real plus with its terrace.

Very beautiful home and a large green space with the pool to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Lots of beds available. Small attraction with the reception of kittens and the dog (who is gifted with a ball). Very nice welcome from the hosts who were able to answer our questions and who were available during the stay.

The house was spotless, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, a real setting of relaxation and tranquility. Three-day stay in Laurence's Airbnb, very good welcome. Flexible check-in, small surprises in the refrigerator for the whole family. Good-sized, family-friendly accommodation with room for three adults, two girls, two babies and a small dog. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. The garden is a big plus for the children and the dog and for us of course, well fenced. The game room also benefited our four children and the jacuzzi was great for adults, a good surprise for our mom who was delighted. Activities in the village itself this weekend, the quinguette, flea market, games for children one minute from the accommodation. And of course the Lac du Der, a great destination for the family, we were able to settle on a beach, paddle, go to the restaurant "la planche du Der" very good, top location and take a ride in the little train, beautiful walks also on the premises. We disconnected, it was great 👌🏼

We had a great stay with my family at Laurence's. The house was very well equipped, modern, clean, well located for visiting the area. Laurence was lovely to us and very available. We will be happy to come back, we highly recommend it!

Gerard was very welcoming and always keen to help. The cottage which is located within the family renovated farm has everything that you need. And lovely views to the countryside, not too far from Sens for shopping. It's very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed here for one night driving back to the UK from the Alps. A short drive off the motorway and a really nice place. Very welcoming hosts for me, my wife and two kids. They serve delicious dinner and breakfast (additional cost).
