Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Close to great restaurants. Very welcoming host.

Labros was an incredibly nice host, super responsive and very easy to get on with. He was great when I arrived and the appartment itself was squeaky clean. He gave me good recommendations for places to go and was always willing to go above and beyond to make my trip easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, da man den Strand quasi vor der Haustüre hat (wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort, weshalb die Strände gut besucht waren, aber man kann immer einen schönen Platz finden). Wir durften Strandstühle und Strandtücher aus der Unterkunft verwenden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das kleine Doppelbett ist für uns wirklich klein in der Länge und besteht aus zwei Matratzen. Für uns (1,90m) hat es gerade gereicht. Maria hat uns äußerst nett empfangen, alles erklärt und uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, vielen Dank! Die Supermärkte sind mit dem Bus ganz gut erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es eine Stellplatz für ein Mietauto.

This place was so cute and fun to stay in! Very quiet and cozy, and a close drive to the Temple of Poseidon. Be sure to use the coordinates given to map out your journey, as Google tried to take us to a different spot with the address. The coordinates were easy to follow to find the house.

We had an a amazing stay at Studio Xanthippe. We were in Kalamos for a wedding and the location was fantastic. We drove to Vlastos and Agi Apostoli several times throughout our stay, and it was very easy. About 10-15 minute drive. And Agi Apostoli is a great town for restaurants etc. Maria was an incredible host! She was very helpful before our arrival, in assisting us to find the house. She made us feel so at home and welcome. She really went above and beyond. The studio itself is beautiful. So comfortable and facilities are fantastic. View is stunning! Perfect little balcony for morning coffee. An easy trip to Kalamos village and a small mini mart for the basics. Cannot fault the experience.

Bezaubernde Aussicht über das Meer von der Terasse, Ruhe und Inspiration zugleich. Unterkunft mit Charme, alles da, was man braucht, gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich zuhause!! Hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Besitzerin, die uns wertvolle Tipps gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

The villa is absolutely lovely. Very spacious, well equipped and clean. It has lovely gardens which are obviously well cared for, fantastic views of the Saronic gulf from either the balcony at the front or the terrace at the back - which is also a great place to watch the stunning sunsets. The pool is also a real bonus - perfect for a morning swim before breakfast or a relaxing dip after getting back from the beach. Public beaches and tavernas are not really within easy walking distance though, so it's best to have a car if you want to get the most out of your stay. Dita is a wonderful hostess, so kind and welcoming - even providing a little welcome pack which was much appreciated. We stayed as a family of four (my wife and I and our two children - both young adults) and we had a wonderful holiday. The villa really is a lovely place to stay and a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area - being a reasonably short drive from Athens whilst also close to Cape Sounion and all the surrounding beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Maria’s place was fantastic. This small home was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect escape on Aegina. It is set in the back of a much larger property. The hosts live on the property but we felt complete privacy. There are many trees and the sound of the cicadas was very relaxing. The small private pool is the perfect size. Beautifully lit up at night, we were able to barbecue and cook in the kitchen for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. The house was stocked with clean towels for bathing, swimming and even offered robes. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend having some means of transportation because it is just slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again. One of our favorite Airbnbs for sure!

Προσεγμένος χώρος και καθαρός. Οι οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν για την πρόσβαση ήταν κατατοπιστικότατες και το βρήκαμε με ευκολία. Η Εύα απαντούσε άμεσα σε ο,τι τη ρωτούσαμε και μας πρότεινε μέρη για να επισκεφτούμε, αλλά και εστιατόρια τα οποία άξιζαν. Φιλικοί άνθρωποι και χώρος που αξίζει να επισκεφθεί κάποιος!

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, ευγενική καθώς και κατατοπιστική όσο αφορά στην πλοήγησή μας στην περιοχή καθώς και στην εύρεση καταστημάτων. Η δε περιοχή χαρακτηρίζεται από ήσυχη ατμόσφαιρα και εύκολη προσβασιμότητα στην παραλιακή, τόσο οδικώς όσο και με τα πόδια. Όσον αφορά τη διαμονή μας, δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είμαστε παραπονεμένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν στο σύνολό του επιμελέστατα περιποιημένο και καθαρό, ενώ ταυτόχρονα μας παρέχονταν τόσο είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής στο μπάνιο όσο και διάφορα τρόφιμα στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, ψυγείο και φούρνος). Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι αναντίρρητα εξαιρετική, οπότε και φυσικά το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wonderful apartment with new amenities and crisp clean linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had the basic supplies one would need before heading to the store. Ms Anna checked us in (they live right above) and even offered us home made deserts on the 15th of august (greec celebration). She even offered a late check-out. The house had an amazing view and was quite earie with ceiling fans for temperature control which made it tricky some nights due to the heatwave (30 oC + at night). The location was great, with the beach right in front! The area has much to offer, car needed! Our host sent us in advance a very comprehensive guide and was very responsive with the baby cot we requested.

The property was in a really good location, not far from town and within easy walking distance to one of the local beaches. Lovely and spacious as described and Maria was always very quick to respond to communication. A home that we would be happy to return to.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Rena and Stelios’ place in beautiful Nea Makri. They were both so welcoming and kind to us and we felt at home immediately. Our baggage got lost on the way to Athens, which meant we arrived late at night in Nea Makri. That was not a problem. Stelios greeted us when we came. They gave us many suggestions as to what to explore and experience in the area. The beach is only a five minute walk from the house. There are also a string of good cafés and restaurants along the seaside. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Kima. Sidsel and family.

This place was great! Easy walk to the beach - 6 minutes! The hosts went above and beyond in accommodating us! Extremely nice people, who made our stay very enjoyable!

Ήσυχο και όμορφο μέρος. Καθαρό και προσεγμένο σπίτι. Βρήκαμε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is new and very clean. There is a helpful housekeeper on property. It is in a great location near pretty beaches

Το σπίτι μας παρείχε όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Φοβερή τοποθεσία, μπροστά στην πλατεία του χωριού, οι κάτοικοι πολύ φιλικοί, το τοπίο φανταστικό. Η Κυρία Γιώτα πολύ εξυπηρετική.. Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα!!

Lovely apartment for our young family! Great beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Bakery is a must visit :)

The property is well located and has everything you need for a family. it is organised perfectly with all essentials and more. It has all the perks of a hotel but all comfort of an apartment.
