if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

Very cozy private big house where we really felt comfortable after a disastrous arrival in Athens … ( Car rental company did not meet us as scheduled and we had a terrible time @ midnight to find an alternative to get to Ntina’s place) Ntina stayed in touch with us for a couple of hours to make sure we would check in and she really deserves 4 Stars for having been so helpful and attentive at PAST 1 AM IN THE MORNING !!!…💪💪‼️ Thank you Ntina for your incredible help & support ! The is a great place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the island. Amazing views and stylish interior with all equipment you might need makes it a great and comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and conveniently designed, kitchen has all what you need to cook independently if you like to. We wish to come back again.

We have been able to enjoy an unforgettable time together with family and friends at the property. The house is very well equipped and beautifully situated with a great view. We especially liked to use the large pool. The nearby village offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would also like to mention the lovely people on the premises. Always friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. Highly recommended and just great.

The place is already wonderful on its own: a quiet house, surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the sea with magnificent views and a choice of beaches - quiet or with a small bar - just below on foot. But the house itself is very nice, airy, shaded, and tastefully furnished with small touches: you willingly spend time there. And finally Eirini and her family are charming hosts, discreet enough to make us believe that we are alone in the world on vacation, but present and very kind if we have a concern or a request. Eirini is responsive and clear, including remotely. I would recommend Eirini's house without reservation. A great stay.

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious seaside villa within easy reach of Athens. The veranda is the standout feature—perfect for group meals and relaxing, with stunning views across the water to the mountains. Our group made great use of the tennis/basketball court, BBQ, kayaks, and other amenities. The host was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and straightforward. One note of clarification: while some reviews describe the villa as having a private beach, it's actually located on a road that drops directly to the water on the opposite side. That said, there are spots along the road in both directions where you can access the sea for swimming or kayaking. There's also a beautiful stone beach just a short drive—or a 30-minute walk—around the corner.

I had to find a place to stay at the last minute and Vasilis was very responsive and accommodating. The flat is large and very private, located just a short walk from town. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Thomais' place. Her dad was really accomodating & helped us with everything we needed. The room was lovely and it was amazing waking up there :) We will be back for sure.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 3 days at Leonidas' house, who was like an Archangel to us! He and his family fed us, pampered us beyond measure! The tranquility and beauty of the location and the outdoor shower among the olive trees are priceless, not to mention the figs... We recommend to anyone who wants to discover a little of hidden Greece to come to this village on a beautiful and still little-frequented sea... Meanwhile, we invited Leonidas to Florence!

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful villa. The space was perfect for our group of 8 to be comfortable with each person having their own room and private bathroom. There are plenty of amenities included - we used the downstairs kitchen area for mealtimes, which leads to the outside space and and exterior covered dining area offering shade from the sun. The house also comes complete with air-conditioning throughout and window nets, keeping the inside of the house cool and free of insects. The pool area, complete with multiple loungers, was great for relaxation and many trees in the spacious gardens offered shade and peace. This is a fabulously tranquil and relaxing space with a great number of good restaurants, and bakeries, only a few minutes away. Maria is a welcoming and gracious host who quickly responds to any queries, and clearly cares deeply about the well-being and enjoyment of her guests. We would not hesitate to visit this fabulous property again. Thank you Maria!

This stay was exceptional. It was super clean and well described. Marina was quick to answer all questions and provided some great suggestions on activities to do and restaurants! Would recommend to anyone!

Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !

The property in the town of Ermioni which is a very good town to get from it to beautiful beaches in the area The listing owner gave very useful tips for exploring the area and experiences in the area The space is reserved with a new and very good shower for families allows for great privacy

We had a great time . We were 12 people and stayed 3 days. It is fully equipped. It has amazing interior design, nice bedrooms and a very large surrounding area with a large swimming pool, football field, barbeque, etc. The manager Mr. Christos is excellent. We were hosted very well. The charming owners are discreet and available if needed. They gave us fresh figs, delicious eggs and vegetables from the garden. The house is well equipped, you can cook there easily. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a very wild side where you can swim naked and a more coveted side with umbrellas and sun loungers accessible for free. Coffee shops and restaurant by the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful place.
