Exceeded expectations! Great location and perfect stop over if getting a ferry from the port next day. Very clean and a very decent size apartment. Everything was in perfect working order and clean. Super easy check-in and check-out, host was lovely too.

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Renata's place is wonderful! It was extremely clean, and all necessities were provided. The location is excellent! If you only have a short time in Athens, being close to all the attractions is very helpful! Everything you need is less than a 5 minute walk away, and the neighborhood is very lively. Despite being close to everything, it was very quiet at night. There is AC too which is a plus for the very hot days. Renata also has local recommendations and very helpful directions. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay for four days. The apartment was just a two-minute walk from the metro and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Liroy was very attentive—his local tips and the information he provided about the apartment were extremely helpful. They had thought of everything, and I had a smooth, hassle-free stay. Thank you!

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Great stay right near cruise terminal C ! This place has 2 separate sleeping areas on different levels (just a few steps between them) which do not connect. Think 2 separate apartments style wise each with its own entry door. Perfect for 2 couples Living room and kitchen , sleeping area and bath in upper one and sleeping/shower/bath in lower one Bed and amenities were lovely and the view and location for Virgin Voyages terminal c departures allows you to walk your bags directly to the ship in approximately 10 minutes They left us a lovely bottle of wine from Crete! Immaculately clean, beautiful and updated- highly recommend this spot!

Wat een geweldige plek is dit! Wij vonden de combinatie van natuur, rust , ruimte en een modern gestyled authentiek huis fantastisch. Precies waar wij van houden. Alles was geweldig, het bed, de keuken, de badkamer, de airco. Alles werkte prima en was met zorg uitgekozen. Wij waren er van op de hoogte dat s´avonds de insecten tot leven komen. Hoewel het jammer was dat we daardoor niet buiten konden zitten gaf ons dat nog meer de ervaring dat je op een unieke plek midden in de natuur zit. Gelukkig waren alle ramen en deuren van uitstekende kwaliteit en hebben we geen last gehad van kleine indringers. De net geplaatste buitendouche was hemels net als de ligbedden en de mogelijkheid om op verschillende terrassen te zitten waardoor je je in pure luxe waande. Bedankt voor deze ervaring en fijne communicatie toen wij van thuis een vervelend bericht kregen over de gezondheid van een familielid.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We stayed over a weekend. The place is lovely and you do not need to bring anything other that your clothes. It has pretty much everything. The host was very friendly and proactive. We felt very welcomed. The place is 3 k from the beach and on the way there are taverns restaurants and supermarkets.

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

idéalement placé, à 1 minute de la plage et de bars et restaurants, la petite maison est tout de même au calme. L'équipement est complet, belle deco, une grande terrasse.... on a regretté de n'y rester qu'une nuit. Mike est super réactif.

What an amazing place to stay!! The apartment is incredible with a stunning view!! Everything was amazing, the communication with the host was easy, there was some treats in the Fridge and the neighbourhood is very local (no many tourists) and with loads of restaurants and cafes (the best ones in my opinion) I definitely recommend to stay there and hope to be back soon!!

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

Wir waren für vier Nächte bei Ioannis. Das Appartement ist, fanden wir, noch größer als auf den Bildern. Alles sehr sauber und der Ausblick über die Dächer Neos Kosmos‘ und natürlich die Akropolis war einfach wunderschön! Es sind 2min zur Metro von dort ist man super schnell bei den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man findet Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Tavernen etc. alles in Fußnähe. Es macht sehr viel Spaß auch unterschiedliche Stadtteile zu erkunden zum dem krönenden Abschluss dann abends glücklich noch auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Ioannis war super nett, hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben und immer super schnell geantwortet. Ich kann ihn als Gastgeber und sein Appartement wärmstens empfehlen!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο ήσυχο και "ιδιωτικό" διαμέρισμα!Ηταν όλα πεντακάθαρα,κάτασπρες πετσέτες και σεντόνια και το πιο βασικό:και μηχανή γαλλικού καφέ και εσπρέσο! Νιώθαμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Η βεράντα εξίσου καθαρή και όμορφη,δυστυχώς δεν προλάβαμε να την ευχαριστηθούμε,ίσως την επόμενη φορά! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ ❤️

Αυτο που με ενθουσίασε περισσότερο ήταν πως το διαμέρισμα ηταν καθαρό. Θα ξανα πάμε σιγουρα.. Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Σας το συστήνω!!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Athènes ! L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre-ville, à deux pas du métro Metaxourghio, tout en étant très calme et paisible. L’appartement est lumineux, très bien décoré, impeccablement propre et parfaitement bien équipé.Tout est pensé pour le confort, y compris le lit très confortable et les volets électriques pour un sommeil reposant. Mention spéciale à Kostis, d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : réactif, attentionné et vraiment soucieux de notre bien-être. On sent que le logement est entretenu avec soin et amour. Je recommande sans hésitation, et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Athènes !
