One mile west of I-95, excellent restaurants, great shopping, lovely beaches, airports, awesome fishing, fun boating, surfing, sailing, adventurous jet sking, parasailing, casinos, parks, zoo, horse back riding and walking trails. A good base for exploring Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Manalapan, Delray Beach, Wellington, the Everglades & the west coast. One of our favorite beaches in the area (Lake Worth Beach) is a quick scenic walk over the Intracoastal bridge. Funky, eclectic downtown is 5 blocks away where you’ll find awesome restaurants and cute artsy shops. Bryant Park boat launch is 1 block away. Come see for yourself!

-My space is located in a very quiet and cozy place -There are markets nearby - The highways are both 5 to 10 minutes away -Bank, gas stations nearby -It's relatively close to the Beaches about 8 and 10 minutes away - Approximately a 20-minute drive to Downtown. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment for a fee of $2 each. -Outside there is a patio table with an umbrella, which is the area where the guest can smoke and relax.
