Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

A Private Quiet Eastern Shore Estate

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The town of Atlantic is surrounded by must-sees. NASA, Chincoteague Island, Assateague Beach, NASA shuttle launches, the wild ponies, and Ocean City. All are within driving distance and are great attractions. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of space in the house. Depending on the rainfall, there is a pond in the backyard. During the dry season (July - Sep) the pond could dry up. The pond is can be fished in when full.

Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. "Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!
