Josephine was a very responsive and kind host! Whenever a problem arose, she very quickly resolved it and was always available. A pleasure to spend time with!

Since the guest who lives upstairs is still walking around at three or four in the morning, it is very noisy and makes it difficult to sleep well, and the host contact phone for us to change a room, the staff at the front desk was very kind to help us and take us to check the other room first, thank you very much

This was a good one night stay before my safari. The apartment is big, it was clean and comfy. However the sound insulation is non existent and the ceiling to floor windows don't help with keeping the noise out (even the neighbor opening his door is heard very loudly inside).

This is a very small studio. There is no tv at all. Good Wi-Fi. It's noise outside on the weekend, many kids and people doing the cook out at the swimming pool

Pros: Close enough to CBD Nairobi. Ubers/Bolts were always near. All amenities were in working order. Rooms were efficiently appointed and cleaned regularly. No pests aside from the occasional mosquito, and they provided bug spray. The front desk is always occupied. Cons: Appointments are for smaller framed people. I'm 5'10", 250 lbs, and had to be moved from the first room because I couldn't fit up the spiral staircase. I was just the length of the beds, so anyone over 5'10" might have a tough time. There's construction being done on the property, so it can be very noisy. Pool is often occupied on weekends with swim instructors and young students. There's no elevator, and buildings go up to 6 floors. All in all, I'd stay here again. Good stay for the price, and the staff goes above and beyond

My husband and I had such an amazing time at Susan's place. honestly it exceeded our expectations. the best airbnb we have stayed at so far. peacefu place, thoughtful host who even had some breakfast provided for us, flexible checkin and checkout, beautiful surroundings, definitely home away from home! exceptional! keep up the good work Susan. we will be back!

Evalyne is indeed a super host. Friendly, responsive and quick to fix any issues that came up. The apartment was great. It's a good size with amazing views of the city. Easy to find location and perfect access to anywhere in the city and major roads. Bedrooms are roomy, big comfy beds and are ensuite. There is also a loo for guests. Security is available 24/7. The traffic tends to be loud especially if the balcony doors/windows are open. If you book long term, utilities (cooking gas, water, power) are charged to the guest. I was unaware ( probably missed the fine print) but Evalyne notified me when I checked in. They paid a certain amount initially. It is a serviced apartment and would have loved the bedsheets and towels to be washed / replaced twice a week as that is part of the service offered but not knowing the end cost of how much water/power the washing machine uses + cooking gas rendered me caution. I did enjoy my stay and would book again especially with the knowledge gained

My wife and I stayed at Evans place for about 1 month with our children. The apartment was as described in the photos(very nice and clean). The beds were very comfortable to the point you can sleep all day. The building is quiet, and safe(especially for foreigners who are not familiar with the area). There is a hair salon and small local bar in walking distance. Evans responds immediately and tends to your needs as soon as possible. What stood out the most about this place is the cleaner(PAULINE). She always went above and beyond her job description to assure we were comfortable and accommodated. She would tell us about restaurants, malls, and small shops that had good deals. Pauline was very detailed in her cleaning, and always came READY to work with a smile on her face. After a month it was almost like she was family to us. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a long term,or short term stay, not only for its cleanliness, and safety, but for the hospitality they provide.

I was impressed by everything in this apartment. Kagunda responded well to my needs and the cleaner was super good. From the security at the entrance, to elevators, swimming pool and gym, every thing impressed me. When am bringing my family to Kenya, I'd consider those apartments again. I'd recommend my friends to give it a try. Its a great place to rest and connect while in Nairobi.

I highly recommend Anthony's apartment. This was my second time staying there, it's clean, close to Nairobi downtown and very secure. Anthony himself go far and beyond to welcome his visitors. He's always available when you need him, he's flexible if you request check in or check out flexibility. I will definitely be coming back again.

Pros: It’s a nicely decorated place with most appliances & basic supplies you need for a short stay. Has a Netflix sub, which is something that stood out because most places these days don’t. The host is quite responsive. Cons: No in laundry washer Would likely stay again

The apartment is beautiful and the building is very well kept. Doreen who is the house keeper is very friendly and easy going. This apartment is very well equipped with everything you need from pans and utensils for cooking to coffee machine, blenders. Asanti has paid attention to every detail you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There is shopping 5 minutes walk with 24/7 Quickmart, liquor store, restaurants, Art Caffè and much more. This place has good security and good parking on site. 11 minutes from CBD and has good public transport outside.
