The property is fenced, with loads of space to sit outside and enjoy the views. Hilton is a lovely, upmarket and peaceful town to live in, but I have installed burglar guards and safety doors, with AET armed response for peace of mind. Please note there are stairs to the balcony that lead to the front door. Dog owners please read additional rules.

Self check in and out is quick and easy via a keypad at the main gate, a key box is located at the entrance to the unit. Due to its size the unit is ideally suited for short term stays.
