Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Ev ile ilgili sorun denemeyecek yalnızca iki konu vardı. 1 tuvalet olması ve havuzun yeterince ısınamaması denebilir. Ama onun dışında ev mükemmeldi ve çok temizdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer, ve mutlaka gelirim

Gayet güzel bir konaklamaydı. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve temizdi. Dışarıda inşaat çalışması olduğundan dolayı ses vardı. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

We spent a great week at the flat. It is located very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, while quiet at night. The owner had a table and two chairs installed for us to eat when we noticed there were none in the photos. The bed was ok, the shower great, with hot water, the WiFi and television worked perfectly. The flat is not really equipped to cook. Basics but no more. We missed a kitchen towel, some kitchen paper/ paper napkin and a pair of scissors. There are no curtains but only blinds at the windows, it is therefore bright very early in the morning in the bedroom. The flat otherwise is very cosy, decorated with taste and very comfortable. The terrasse on the roof offers a great view on the Bosphore. Communication with Sibel was smooth but minimal. We did not have the opportunity to meet her. We recommend this flat, bearing in mind the few points mentioned before.

Great appartement and location, terrace is super nice but could do with little bit more care such as plants and furniture. otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time at Deniz’s place. Its look and feel were exactly how we expected - roomy, artsy, and homey. We had a very smooth check in despite later arrival. We received a warm welcome from the hostess Derya who was there to give us the keys and show us around. We received many local recommendations from her, and both Derya and Deniz were very responsive to our questions. The location of the place is perfect for a nice stroll in picturesque Cihangir. The neighborhood is lively, but our street was very quiet with excellent coffee shops just next door. A special heartfelt thank you to Derya who went above and beyond in communication with helping us with a lost item in an Uber on the way to the airport. Due to her efforts and fast proactive action, the item was delivered to her as she further facilitated its delivery overseas. With enormous gratitude we recommend these hosts and their place to anyone looking for comfort and good care in Istanbul.

A very pleasant and cozy place, amazing location within walking distance from Taksim square and a ton of wonderful restaurants. The apartment feels safe, clean and spacious (except maybe for the bathroom, which is still more than functional and comfortable). The host is also very attentive and thoughtful, we never had a single disagreement. Would rent again!

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is quirky and awesome, great location, clean, walkable to everything yet in a quiet but vibey neighbourhood. The apartment did not have any soap but they did provide some small shampoo bottles. There was no fridge/kitchen so could not refrigerate any food or drinks but this was ok for us this trip. Overall would recommend for a short stay!

the place was really nice, clean, well decorated, and in a very good location. the host was very welcoming, speaks english, very responsive, and overall nice. the view is amazing, especially at sunrise. I would definitely book it again everytime i visit istanbul.

This apartment was absolutely perfect—very cozy yet modern, with the most breathtaking view of the Bosforus! After a long day exploring, watching the Bosphorus at night, from the coziness of this place, was truly a next-level experience. The space was incredibly comfortable and felt just like home, not like a typical Airbnb—it had everything we needed and more. The host was wonderful and always available, even late at night, which made us feel very well taken care of. The location couldn’t be better, with both the tram and ferry stations just a 5-minute walk away. We genuinely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Öncelikle Gamze Hanım’a ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. :) Ne soru sorsak sabırla çok kısa sürede yanıt verdi. Villaya arkadaşlarımızla beraber bayıldık, bir doğum günü kutlamasından ancak bu kadar keyif alabilirdik. :) Villa tamamen fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, harika ve huzur verici bir manzarası var, peyzajı çok güzel, havuzu tertemiz. Evdeki imkanlar da, -özellikle mutfak tarafı- çok işimize yaradı. Uzaktan yemek de söyleyebildiğiniz bir konumda. ^^ Kalabalık arkadaş grupları için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ki arkadaşlarımız da başka etkinlikleri için burayı kiralayacaklarını belirttiler bile. :)

Rezervasyon ânından çıkışa kadar herşey harikaydı. Fırat bey çok iyi bir evsahibi, çalışanlar bir o kadar ilgiliydi. Ev de ihtiyacınız olacak tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Herşey için çok teşekkürler

Konaklama mekanı fotoğraftaki ile birebirdi. iletişim konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık, sorularımız ivedilikle karşılık buldu. lokasyon olarak ise ulaşımı çok rahat ve güvenliydi. temiz ve düzenli teslim aldık. dinlenmek, eğlenmek ve yüzmek için gerçekten ideal bir yer

Yer olarak çok beğendik gerek bahçesi gere evin için çok iyiydi tek bir dez avanjı evin ahşap olması ama evin içinde zamanda geçirmiyorsun yürürken üst katta ses yapıyor biraz ama sadece uyku için çıkıyorsun o yüzden de çok rahatsız edici değil ev sahibide sağolsun çok kibar ve ilgiliydi çok teşekkür ederiz çok memenun kaldık.

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%
