Holiday rentals with beach access in Ataşehir

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Nihat was a very gracious host— we all felt right at home. The recommendations provided regarding restaurants and sights were perfect, and Nihat responded very promptly to any questions we had. The location was amazing, with close proximity to Galata Tower and a variety of shops and cafes. A great place to stay in a beautiful city.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Loved my stay here! Hasan made me feel welcome and was very kind and accommodating. The place was cozy and matched the photos. It only had basic necessities but the peacefulness of the balcony made up for it. Do note that this apartment is on the 5th floor and the stairs are narrow and a little tricky, in case you have accessibility issues. Despite that, Hasan was kind enough to help me with my luggage for both check-in and check-out so I didn’t have too much trouble with the stairs.

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Communication with Bayram was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The house and the hostess of the house, as well as the kitty, are simply amazing, there's nothing more to say, you should visit this place.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.
