I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and really well-appointed, making it a great home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The only minor remark I have is regarding the pool area, which is shared among all guests. It could benefit from a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially to remove bird residue and ensure it’s in top condition for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

We have just returned from a 13 day stay in this fantastic house. We really enjoyed the space, the peace, the view and the friendly people in the neighborhood. In a word: Ge-wel-dig! We will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our stay was perfect, couldn’t have wished for anything more. Beautiful furnishings and superb decor. Chilled and very relaxing . Would highly recommend and looking forward Already to a return visit.

I have spent my whole youth at the seaside, with a family home balcony overlooking the Baltic sea, so it is not easy to impress me. But this place did :) it is in a quiet area, 2 mins walking to the beach, with stunning views. We loved it. Maybe the beach is not best suited for kids, as the water gets deep very fast, but there are beaches with shallow waters (these are in general crowded) 5 mins by car, so it was not a problem

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this lovely Airbnb as a group of four girls. The house had everything we needed; super clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing in the sun! The location was fantastic, within walking distance to several beach fronts, full of great restaurants, shops, and cafes. It was the ideal stay for exploring the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

We loved our stay at this place! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions. Accessing the house was easy, thanks to the clear instruction. The space was very child-friendly. It was also very clean 🙏🏼😊 The only downside is that you'll need a car to get to nearby grocery stores and restaurants, as they're not within walking distance.

Tania's Airbnb was stunning and easily the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in. There isn't much in the way of amenities nearby though that suited me, my partner, and our infant son as we found it incredibly tranquil. Marbella Old Town isn't too far away though the uphill walk home is challenging in the heat That said, there are numerous taxis and buses which can be availed of. Additionally, Mercadona is 10 minutes on foot, there's a nice Basque restaurant nearby, and there are nice cafes within a 1 km - 1.5 km radius. Our one gripe was the noise from the building work from the rear house during our stay. We raised this with Tania and to her credit, she did offer us alternative accommodation nearby which we declined as we didn't want to unsettle our son. Had we known there would be building work prior to our stay, we would have accepted. Overall, Tania was a great host and her property was incredible. We hope to return in the near future.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. A nice place to stay.

It was a spacious and clean house with a nice and quiet pool. The complex was also very nice and well maintained. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is advisable to rent a car to explore the entire Costa del Sol.

Sofi is a super nice hostess and answered all questions within a very short time in advance. From check-in to check-out, everything worked out wonderfully. The house is lovingly furnished and corresponds to the descriptions. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is ideal for the region. In a few minutes you can reach Marbella by car on the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Banus and other attractions can also be reached by car in a short time. Recommended are excursions to Gibraltar (approx. 1.5h by car), Ronda (approx. 1h by car) or Mijas (approx. 40 min. by car). The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area and you have enough space for 2 cars. There are some restaurants, an Aldi, a minimarket and a pharmacy nearby. These are within walking distance. Highly recommended is the restaurant "The Garden by la Rosa". The food there was excellent. All in all, a top place to stay!

We recommend Marina's accommodation 1000%. We stayed there with our whole family (grandparents, parents, us children, and grandchildren) after our wedding. This house really lends itself to large groups: spaces for everyone to have their privacy and tranquility, common areas large enough, enough dishes for everyone, comfortable beds, pool towels. The setting is idyllic - the beautiful exteriors, with a garden full of different plants. The pool is awesome. We also enjoyed the Padel club 5 min walk from the house. Just back from a fantastic week at Nicolas's villa. The villa is perfect, decorated to a high standard, with a wonderful pool area and a nice BBQ area at the side. It has everything you need for family holiday (utensils, coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine, some board games etc). Nicolas was very friendly and helpful, before, during and after. Thank you Nicolas!

We absolutely adored our stay at Rudolph’s fabulous house. Nestled away in the mountains in peace and tranquility was totally divine. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The living spaces are very chic and comfortable and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. Views from the swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a James Bond hideaway. Rudolph was reachable on the phone all the time and provided some great recommendations on restaurants. It’s probably about a 7 minute drive down in to Estepona but up a very quiet road, with some stunning views out over the sea. I wouldn’t hesitate the visit again next time we’re in the area. If you get chance to stay at this wonderful place then just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Rudolph

We were phenomenal throughout the family in Pilar's house during Holy Week. The development is super nice and the house is perfect to enjoy as a family. A lot of light, the spaces, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness and modernity of the bathrooms. The location is one of the best you can have in Marbella, in Guadalmina Baja and with a direct exit to the sea. Pilar is also always attentive and with facilities for everything. Thank you Pilar and we will repeat for sure!

Great host and the place is lovely. Would definitely stay here again if and when I come back. Perfect location for a golf trip, all courses are local.

it is described as a cozy townhouse and that is a perfect description. it’s sited in a quiet residential area, a 25 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to the centre of estepona. the outside space at the property is wonderful.

I’ve travelled all over the world but this Villa is the most amazing place I have ever stayed by far! Greta location, incredible views and offers everything you need and more. The host has thought of everything. We are already planning our return. Great value! Thank you Villa La Carpa!
