A cozy, clean, tidy apartment offering two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, with all the amenities in a quiet and secure residence with several swimming pools. Your vehicle can be parked inside a few meters from the apartment located on the garden level with two terraces. We were a few meters from the Nao Pool establishment and hundreds of meters from Breathe, Oak and La Sala. Not far away you also have a convenience store where you can find everything you need. The marina is about a 15-minute walk away. We had a wonderful 4 days, it was a real change of scenery. Marco, our host, was caring and proactive. He always responded to our requests. During a future stay, whether with family or friends, we will return with great pleasure and without hesitation.

The place was great, we absolutely enjoyed the view from the balcony. It made all the difference and the lounge was great too. The kitchen could have been a little more equipped but it had the essentials for a week long stay. Overall a good place to stay at, in a very quiet location.

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The large terrace was a highlight—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The entire area is very quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a restful getaway. One of my favorite features was the access to not just one, but three lovely pools—never crowded, always clean, and great for both adults and kids. The location is also excellent: just a short drive to both Estepona and Marbella, with plenty to explore nearby. The host was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really made our stay even better. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay on the Costa del Sol!

We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and it was perfect! The villa was immaculate and exactly as described - couldn’t have been any better! It is only a 10 minute uber from Puerto Banus so is in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend Sebastian and his villa enough 😊

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We had a really nice stay. The apartment was very nice, clean and super equipped. The kitchen really had everything you need and is more than sufficiently equipped. There is also a dishwasher. The pool is just across the street and you can walk to the sea in 15 minutes and drive to Puerto Banus in 10 minutes. Communication was always smooth and fast via AirBnB and outside of business hours via Messenger. A deposit is required, which is not processed through AirBnB, but the payment system is good and you get it back (if you don't break anything :)) All in all we had a great stay.

We loved our three-month stay in Marbella in this beautiful apartment located next to the Los Naranjos golf club and an hour's walk from Puorto Banus (very pleasant journey we did regularly) or 10 minutes by car. This apartment is very large, modern, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, very clean and well-equipped for long stays. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment has indoor parking but it is also very easy to park outside. A favorite guaranteed!. Carmen is the perfect host. His warm welcome, his many touches and advice to make us live an unforgettable experience. She ensured our comfort throughout our stay in addition to answering all our questions very quickly. If we are lucky enough to come back, it is certain that this apartment will be our first choice. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

Very peaceful place near Marbella with gym, pools, padel court and a breathtaking scenery. Lilian helped with everything I needed same day, I had a perfect stay!

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Had such a lovely stay. The apartment is huge with a lovely balcony giving late afternoon sun. The bed & outside furniture are super-comfy, Wi-Fi is good, parking is easy & there are great walks near by. Communal pools & spa looked great, but not used by me as I had my dog with me. Easy & quick to get taxis if you want a night out (& they take dogs). Highly recommended.

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.
