Villa holiday rentals in Astypalea

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! Many thanks again Kylian!

Très belle maison atypique avec grand lieu de vie tout en haut des escaliers, et salle de sport ouverte à l’étage inférieur. Toute la maison est à vous. Excellentes prestations, mobilier, et électroménager. Magnifique vue sur le coucher de soleil. À quelques minutes à pied d’une bonne taverne et de la plage. Seul tout petit défaut: le club sur la plage qui fait un peu de bruit le samedi soir.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Calme avec une superbe vue. Piscine non chauffée bien aménagée ( transats, parasol, serviettes fournies) Au village de Kefalos à proximité ( 5 mn en voiture) on peut encore rencontrer des locaux, commerçants très accueillants.

Just back to a wet UK after an extrememly relaxing stay Majestic is one of the best villas I've ever stayed in - everything was of a very high quality - comfortable beds, a great rainfall shower and kitchen with all the amenities you could want. The villa is very new but felt very homely The location was perfect, being only an easy 10-15 stroll to the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beach yet it was completely private and peaceful. Lovely views from pool living areas and main bedroom of the bay. The team at Filoxenia , especially Vasilia, were always on hand and responded very quickly and professionally.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Oneiro mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zudem war der Gastgeber jeder Zeit erreichbar und super zuvorkommend.

Manolis è un host molto gentile e disponibile e la sua casa si trova su un promontorio affacciato al mare ed ha una terrazzo nel quale si può tranquillamente fare colazione e mangiare ogni volta in cui si desideri godere di un meraviglioso panorama o il tramonto la sera. Anche al primo piano ci sono altre terrazze da cui si godono paesaggi indimenticabili. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per una famiglia o per un gruppo di persone. Torneremo senz’altro in questo splendido alloggio.

La casa è meravigliosa,curata nei minimi particolari, pulita.Ogni giorno viene pulita e rinfrescata.C è la piscina che viene curata.Tutto è perfetto, qualsiasi cosa viene esaudita. La privacy è 100%.E' un posto unico.Voglio tornarci!Un abbraccio

We stayed at this location with five people, and it worked out perfectly! Our time spent here was amazing and we plan to come again next year. I only have good things to say about the home and our experience. I highly recommend this for a small family.

Il nostro soggiorno è andato veramente bene! Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e l'appartamento era spazioso e dotato di praticamente ogni accessorio necessario. Le stanze e i bagni erano puliti e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli spazi esterni. Anastasios poi è un host estremamente disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in caso di dubbi e suggerimenti. Grazie ancora per tutto e speriamo a presto!
