Holiday rentals with a patio in Assemini

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Silvia. L’appartement est très bien situé, le stationnement à proximité est gratuit, la plage est accessible à pied, très proche du centre ville. Silvia est une hote extrêmement agréable, et très réactive. Elle est également très flexible quand à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande vivement l’appartement de Silvia pour votre séjour à Cagliari!

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

No problems whatsoever. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but I contacted the host and they quickly gave me an alternative WiFi to use which solved the problem. Great location and good value for money. The beds were very comfortable.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Logement parfait pour découvrir le sud ouest de la Sardaigne. Tout le nécessaire dans le logement. Jardin et piscine très relaxants pour se prélasser après une longue journée. Angelo s’est rendu disponible chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Une adresse à retenir si vous voulez découvrir cette belle région !

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Wir waren mit unserem Hund eine Woche zu Gast bei Matteo. Das Haus liegt einfach traumhaft. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, den man um diese Zeit fast für sich alleine hat. Vom Haus aus kann man super wandern und die Küste entdecken. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus, komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig holprig, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nix. Wir würden sofort, ohne Zögern noch einmal buchen. Der Gastgeber war überaus fürsorglich und leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus.

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Check In und Check Out verlief reibungslos. Gianfranco versorgt seine Gäste mit vielen Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände in der Nähe und diese sind wirklich gut. Er war auch immer ansprechbar, wenn man eine Information benötigte. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man seinen Urlaub abseits der Touristenzentren verbringen möchte. Und wir bekamen sogar Erdbeeren direkt frisch vom Feld. 😀

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Lovely apartment in the mountain town of Baunei. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with an unbelievable view from the kitchen windows! Good location for hiking, however the town is a small one so not a huge choice in restaurants/cafe’s. Gian Marco was very friendly and accommodating! Parking on the street outside was also very easy.

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento 13 giorni. Lo definisco perfetto. Pulitissimo, organizzato, dotato di ogni comfort, spazioso e luminoso. Lo splendido ed ampio terrazzo mi ha permesso di vivere in totale relax le ore trascorse in casa. L'intero palazzo é di pregio e molto silenzioso. La spiaggia del Poetto é raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti e la zona (bellissima) é servita da svariati mezzi pubblici con i quali mi sono mossa con estrema facilità. Non da ultimo Paola é un host davvero eccezionale. Attenta, precisa, disponbile. Perfetta. Tornerò varie volte nella mia amata Cagliari e spero di poter tornare sempre qui. Grazie mille Paola, a presto!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Loft accoglionte , Paola super disponibile e molto attenta , consiglio molto perché è vicino a tutte le spiaggie della zona , letto comodo , terrazzo super , Super consigliato . Check in facile chiavi nella cassetta parcheggio proprio sotto casa , è vero è giugno ma ho sempre trovato posto facilmente . In cucina c’era tutto olio sale aceto scottex carta igienica asciugamani . Complimenti a Paola
