Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were doing well and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. You can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Baunei is a really special place. This Airbnb is very walkable to town but feels remote with the most wonderful terrace for enjoying the sunset. You are 10-15 minutes from great beaches. Carla was super responsive. We didn’t have WiFi for the last two days but it was because WiFi in the entire town was down. Who cares at the end of the day.

The house is very nice. Very clean, well-kept and welcoming. Equipped with everything you need for a good stay. It has a spectacular view of the dunes. The owners were very kind and helpful. I am grateful because they allowed me to bring my dogs despite the considerable number of cats in the area. I hope 😅 to return soon. 😍

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Very kind host, impeccable house (even a hair dryer with a diffuser, a non-trivial attention). The beach kit is highly appreciated, useful for visiting the most beautiful beaches independently.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful city. Anna Lucia was so kind to us - really elevated our stay. Relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view of Cagliari and the sea. with some wine (generously provided by Anna), is a special memory. Parking and check-in took a while, but - if you want to maximize for efficient and impersonal, that’s what a hotel is for.

Had a wonderful stay at Letizia's apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. The bedrooms were comfortable with great wardrobe space. A nice sitting area and kitchette with everything we needed when we wanted to cook. The balcony area was perfect for relaxing in the evening with the great Sardinian wines Letizia recommended. Letizia made our booking process very easy and was quick to respond when we had a query. She kept in touch leading up to our arrival and was waiting to show us where to park and give us a run through about the apartment and the area in general. She's so friendly and was super informative about all there was to see and do in Cagliari. Apartment is close to the port area and an easy walk to explore the area. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Letizia's apartment. We stayed in a number of places while visiting Sardinia and this was by far the best.

We had a wonderful stay at Davide's accommodation. The house is even more beautiful than the photos reveal. Everything is high quality, the mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen is super equipped. Davide welcomed us and explained everything to us, even during our stay he always shared tips for the area with us. We highly recommend this property. The pool is also huge and was for our three children. A real highlight. The view is really as breathtaking as you can imagine.

A cozy, stylish, and modern residence, perfect for a comfortable stay. Large green area, heated pool with sun loungers and shower. The restaurant is open from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, and the reception is also open until midnight. The rooms are spacious, bright, equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Rooms of a higher category have their own terrace. Windows can overlook both the courtyard and the road. As a compliment, a light breakfast (croissant, yogurt, coffee). The sandy beach is just 600 meters away. There is free parking, some of the spaces are under a tent, which is very convenient in hot weather. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and responsive. Special thanks to Giorgia! We recommend it for accommodation. It would be useful to clarify the address or put the exact coordinates, as g.maps brought us from the application to another place.

Our stay at Villa Sito was amazing! The location is great for exploring the coast and driving to nearby idillic towns and the villa has everything you need for a family/ friends holiday. I would say that the villa was even better than the photos made it out to be! Frederico, Monica and Elias were extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our trip, sorting small problems straight away. I would highly recommend staying here!

We wanted peace and quiet and we got it 100% during our stay. The beautiful accommodation and the location directly by the sea are unique. The taxi boat to the nearby town was adventurous and something special. Because we knew that we had to register and plan our trips early, it was a good opportunity for us as a family with two teenagers to communicate with each other and coordinate our activities. We spent most of the time on the island because the big pool and the sea were the highlight for all of us. We chose the perfect time, there were hardly any other people on the island, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Luciana, who lives in the apartment next door, spoiled us with a delicious Parmecano and a LimoncelloCrema liqueur. She was so sweet and warm, it was a real gift and an unexpected surprise. Dalia was always available for questions. We would come back anytime.

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. Special thanks to Pinella and Fredy for all their help and recommendations during our stay!

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

Such a lovely, unique place. Patrizia and her son were super warm, welcoming and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves and adopted their dogs and cats for the few days. Water, wine and milk in the fridge were really appreciated on arrival, as was the coffee. Close to great beaches and the view from the terrace is special.

We had a wonderful stay at Mhatias! The accommodation was furnished with great attention to detail – everything was very clean and well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the private pool, which was a real highlight and provided total relaxation. The location is very quiet, perfect for switching off. Mhatias was extremely attentive and really made our stay pleasant. You can feel that they work with heart here. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!
