Petit appartement fonctionnel idéalement placé proche des commodités et de la gare,il est plutôt facile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue, tout était parfait pour notre petit séjour d'un week-end et les hôtes sont accueillant et réactif.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

Cyrille nous a très bien accueilli pour notre nuit lors des 24h du Mans. En tramway, porte à porte, comptez 35min, ce qui est parfait ! Le studio convient parfaitement pour deux, bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande :)

Logements spacieux et propre, Marlène s’est montrée disponible et agréable. Quelques petits rafraîchissements à prévoir côté piscine et jacuzzi qui restent cependant très agréables ! Et piscine bien chauffée ! Je recommande un séjour chez Marlène !

Un lieu plein de charme, entouré de verdure et d’arbres centenaires. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement paisible. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : chaleureux, discret et d’une grande gentillesse. Merci Pascal pour ton accueil et toutes tes attentions, le gâteau, les petites surprises… on a été vraiment touchés. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et j’y retournerai sans hésiter!

If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future! Thank you.

La maison d’Olivier est nichée dans le cadre bucolique et apaisant du Perche. La décoration, élégante et soignée, témoigne d’un goût raffiné. L’échange avec notre hôte fut fluide et chaleureux, et les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ont été d’une grande souplesse. Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables, et ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse sans la moindre hésitation. Vivement notre prochaine visite !

We have stayed here several times now and love it! It is the perfect stopover for us on our journey south. our children are very fond of it and the hosts are always friendly and kind about our poor french! We love how uncomplicated it is. we have everything we need. We got in very late and were rushed because we were moving into a new home in France the next day, but they were very kind about it and understanding about our disorganisation on this visit.

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.

Logement très propre, près du centre ville mais dans un quartier calme, très bien aménagé, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Fabien est très réactif et aux petits soins pour ces hôtes.
