Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

We spent one night in the apartment and were very satisfied. The check-in was easy and we quickly found our way around. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady was not finished by 5 pm, so we went shopping. The parking spaces in the street are very limited, but there is a free parking space 5 minutes away. The apartment is superbly equipped, you are 15 minutes by car from the race track and 10 minutes on foot from the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would definitely come back.

The accommodation was very nice and suitable for a large family...The decoration - tastefully furnished - is warm , you feel welcomed there. The most was undoubtedly a kitchen ( and its utensils) suitable for as many people as possible... It happens very frequently when we rent a house and there are many of us, that the equipment offered on site is inadequate with the number of beds. Here it is not the case!!! Everything is done to accommodate guests in the best conditions. Thanks Oliver & Lalaina

In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Spacious and clean housing, Marlene was available and pleasant. Some small refreshments to be expected by the pool and jacuzzi, which are however very pleasant! And a well-heated pool! I recommend staying at Marlene's!

A place full of charm, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. The views are beautiful and the environment peaceful. Special mention for the welcome: warm, discreet and very kind. If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future! Thank you.

Olivier's house is nestled in the bucolic and soothing setting of the Perche. The elegant and neat decoration testifies to a refined taste. The exchange with our host was smooth and warm, and the arrival and departure times were very flexible. We had a most pleasant stay, and can only recommend this address without the slightest hesitation. We can't wait for our next visit!

We have stayed here several times now and love it! It is the perfect stopover for us on our journey south. our children are very fond of it and the hosts are always friendly and kind about our poor french! We love how uncomplicated it is. we have everything we need. We got in very late and were rushed because we were moving into a new home in France the next day, but they were very kind about it and understanding about our disorganisation on this visit.

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.

Very clean accommodation, close to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood, very well furnished, nothing is missing for a good stay. Fabien is very responsive and attentive to these guests.
