Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Assateague Island

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

We had a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Louis and Luke’s Airbnb in Rehoboth. The condo was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. It was also impeccably clean! The location is extremely convenient - just a short ride to the town, the beach, and the outlets (and even walkable). If you sit on the balcony, be sure to look down at the pond where you can enjoy watching the turtles. Louis and Luke were great to work with and their communication was timely and very helpful. We strongly recommend this condo, and we will hope to be able to stay there the next time we’re in Rehoboth!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

The place was beautiful and had a million dollar view! Wish our stay was longer. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, teenage daughter and I had a great stay at Robin's Dewey Beach residence! Owner was responsive and sent helpful instructions for check-in. The location was perfect-conveniently nestled between the bay and beach. The balcony provided gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since we were there in April, not everything had reopened for the season, but we had no problems finding places to eat/shop. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and as described in the listing. We will definitely stay again during a future visit to Delaware!

Love staying at Marie's condo in Sea Colony. This was the first time that we were in Bethany Beach in early May in many years. It was fun seeing the community get ready for the upcoming season. Marie is proactive and responsive. Her place is perfect for 2 people. :)

Everything at the condo was perfect. Being able to stay somewhere right on the beach was great. Host was great when needed to communicate with them regarding any questions we may of had. Condo itself was exactly what we were looking for and was in a great location within ocean city. Condo unit had everything we needed during our stay to feel right at home. Would definitely return again in the future.

Perfect for what we wanted.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Location and sea watch amenities were great for our kids and the quick walk down to the beach was so convenient for a family with varying schedules. The condo is on the side of the building and provides a view of both the ocean and bay. Parking was $65 for the Memorial Day weekend and the provided luggage carts came in handy!

I would 100% recommend Rodrigo’s condo! Such a quick walk to the beach and the amenities were great especially with a toddler. I liked how it wasn’t directly on the boardwalk, it made it feel like an area guided more towards families. The private laundry room was a great bonus too as well as being a corner unit to leave your beach items outside as well. I liked how there were items for children in the condo such as a pack and play and children’s plates etc. we didn’t need these items, but it was nice to see that it was included for those with children that may have forgotten certain items. Rodrigo was a great host as he was very quick to respond and was very helpful as well as just checking in to see that everything went smoothly and if we needed anything. I would definitely book here again for the next time we visit Ocean City, Maryland!!!!!

Great place! We were there for the country calling music fest and it was great to have one of the suggested bus stops across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is absolutely beautiful!! And the furniture is sooo comfortable!!! The place is super clean! Frank was so easy to talk to and was very helpful!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Lisa’s condo was clean and spacious. Large balcony with views of the ocean and street. Beds were comfortable. The location was so close to the boardwalk, restaurants etc. Lisa was very responsive and helpful with instructions. Bonus is that the condo is inside a hotel which has added security and all the hotel amenities.

Great house and the community was very well maintained. My kids loved the amenities that came with the community, including the pool and the small, but kid friendly beach. Overall, this was the nicest Airbnb house we have stayed in. We’d love to come back.

We had a really lovely stay. We appreciated the thoughtful communication and local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the backyard and beach ammenities. Perfect little spot if you're looking to stay outside of the hassle and bussle of OC and in the quaint village of OP. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a good value in a sweet little town. 🦀

Great place to stay. Place is convenient, but also has some other extras. We needed beach chairs and those were on the premises. Checkout was easy and not over complicated. Will probably stay there again if it works out.

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious—perfectly accommodating our group of 5 adults and 4 children without ever feeling cramped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—close to the beach, shopping, and tons of great food options. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful little touches. From the high chair and toddler toys to beach accessories, everything was clearly provided with care and convenience in mind. It made traveling with kids so much easier and more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this home to family and friends, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very nice place and responsive host. Place was as shown in pictures and host was quick to address one issue that we had.

Brian was an excellent host. He was always available whenever I had questions and even was able to get us in earlier than the original check in time. His place was bigger than what we expected and gave us all plenty of space. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance and just a 10 minute drive to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
