Very nice property for stay. we came around 10 people and easily got accomodation. Also separate kitchen is there where you can cook your favourite item. The owner Kenneth is a very nice and supportive person who always help us during our stay. will definitely visit the place in coming days.

The check in was seamless, Mrinmoy was very responsive. The care taker Babu also offered to help us by bringing what ever essentials we needed. The property is spotless and very close to GS road. Several great restaurants around. Although it’s very close to the road, there is no noise of vehicles as the house is located on a dead end street. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend Ixora city homestays

The stay was very pleasant and great being located in the main spot of the city. The house was cozy with spacious bedrooms and garden area. Host Anamika was very responsive and addressed all our queries patiently. Overall a great place to stay in Shillong.

Travelling with family of 6+1 infant, the place was big enough to accommodate us. Coming from different parts of the country and meeting in Guwahati, I was delayed due to my flight however my family members had a swift check in without my presence. The staffs were helpful, friendly and accommodating to our request. We were provided with essential kitchen equipment and crockery which allows us to cook our own meals. However, the food from the restaurant was also delicious. The place was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the stay. Though the only cons would be that it’s on the 3rd floor and no lift, travelling with kids and elderly who have a problem with climbing up the stairs might like to reconsider, otherwise highly recommend this place. ❤️

I visited with my family. I also had my 2 months old baby with us. It was very convenient for us as they had all the necessary facilities. The caretaker Rituraj was very helpful and was available in just one call. We are also very thankful to the owner as he is very responsive. We had a pleasant stay.

Beautifully maintained and very spacious. Everything was clean and inviting. Caretaker didi was the sweetest. So helpful and kind. The surrounding view was amazing. No disturbance or hindrance caused. This was my second time staying there and it absolutely felt the same as first time. Would love to stay again.

Propert is great. Rooms are extreme clean, with great looking interior. The host and the co-host is just wow. Well behaved, friendly and responds immediately. Me and my friends enjoyed a lot. Dont think, just go for it. You wont regret 5 ⭐ from my end.

Basic , Serene and peaceful vibes. The host family was very sweet. And when he saw , I was not confident about the route back ; he even took his car to guide me all the way downhill till the main road when I was chexking out. If you are going by Car .. The location that Shafali sent .. ends a little before the main Mawphanlur point if you are driving. but you have to go little more ahead from that turning . the road to reach is narrow and will require some careful driving but the location is worth it. And in a 5 to 7 mins walk you can reach the lake from there. Nice views and enjoyed the sunset from the cottage.

This is definitely a hidden oasis in Tura 😊 Initially I booked this homestay for 3 nights, but was too happy with it that I extended up to a week. The sounds of river flow and chirping birds were very soothing. Brendan and the boys (Arminio especially!) were very nice and friendly, thanks a lot for your hospitality! I took some special memories with me and I hope to come back next time when it’s lush green 🌳

Enjoyed the stay. Though people who have necessity of good dine, then this is not the place. However, you always have an option to get the food ordered from the nearby restaurant. But if you are ok with normal daal, chawal and mix veg, then this the perfect place. They also serve omlette. Whereas the stay was an exemplary getaway from regular chaos of the city. Peaceful to be very honest. WIFI works good and it served quite well for my calls. My daughter enjoyed there with her regular mathematics and other studies. You will love this place.

Beautiful place, just as described and shown in the photos. Very close to Kaziranga Eastern Zone. The hosts Gourang and his brother are amazing people with really helpful staff, from the point we checked in they really took good care of us, prepared special customised food - dinner and breakfast options. Gourang gave really good local recommendation and the stay was very comfortable too, with all amenities, easily accessible, would definitely recommend.
