For parties larger than 2 guests (over 24 months), an additional per-person, per-night fee applies and is reflected in the booking total. This pricing structure allows us to remain competitive while offering fair rates for both couples and larger groups using more of the space.

Aspen and Snowmass is about 30-45 min away. Downtown Basalt where you can find restaurants, gas and coffee shops is a 12 minute drive down the frying pan.
