Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Asnières-sur-Seine

Alain was the perfect host. Very communicative even before the trip had been booked. The property was in the perfect location. Within 5-10 minutes of walking to the station, and the area or Paris felt very safe and clean. Access to the property was protected by an electronic gates for extra level of security. Alain, provided us with a wonderful welcome and made us feel very welcome overall. If there was one downside, it was not due to the property, but the time of year. If you are coming to Paris in the summer, note that it has been getting hotter and many places including transit do not have AC.

We had a great time staying at Fabiens place. The house itself was beautiful with a lot of space for the kids to play

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed warmly, it was very nice! Listening host and always there if we're missing anything. I highly recommend it.

We were very happy Roland and Sophie were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The detached house is well organized and clean, located in a nice quiet area. The location is great for getting to the center of Paris by subway. We highly recommend it.

Joelle was always there and responded quickly to messages. The apartment was as in the pictures and you have everything you need. It took a long time to get to the city, but it is definitely feasible. Overall, we had a very good stay 🥰🙌🏽🙏🏽

Fantastic property and host with everything as advertised. Really looked after us and plenty of advice and recommendations. Close to metro/trains for Paris access (download Navigo pass to keep track on tickets). Uber from Gare du Nord around £25.

Had a great stay here! The metro is close by to get into the city and it’s very easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. There is a local grocery store open until late in case your flight gets in late like ours did! The apartment itself was cute, had all of the necessities, and very clean. Thierry's apartment was exactly as described. The area is beautiful, we felt very safe and comfortable. Many families, young and old, have shaped this district. The proximity to wonderful bars and restaurants is great. Especially after a long sightseeing tour, we enjoyed getting sushi or pizza to go. There are numerous shopping facilities within walking distance. Thierry personally welcomed us and was very friendly and had enough time to tell us the most important things for our Paris stay. We also liked the proximity to the train to the center of Paris, on foot in 10 minutes to the train station and only 2 stops to the center of Paris. All in all very nice, we can only recommend. We enjoyed our stay very much and our children did too.

Nathalia's accommodation is very nice, functional and very clean. very close to Arena la Défense to go see 1 concert, it's very convenient, public transport is very accessible and close by. the accommodation is well located in a private building. Nathalia is flexible with schedules and responsive. i highly recommend it

Such a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again! Everything was as described, it was clean, and contained everything we needed for our stay! The hosts also were great with communication and responded to all messages super quick which we were very appreciative of!

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

Saga's home was really the best getaway for my wife and I and our trip to France! Beautifully designed and decorated home. Loved the aesthetic. Saga was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay and was on top of communication when we arrived at the home and had trouble entering at first. Beautiful kitchen, great bathroom. Only one note about heat if you're traveling in summer, there was only one portable fan for the apartment, and we had a few severe heat warning days in a row. Being from the Midwest in the United States of America, we were not used to how hot it could potentially get without an A/C available to use. If we had one or two more fans to use, we would have been able to beat the heat, but it was hard cooling off for those few days. The location is also walkable, but on very hot days, the distance was a bit difficult. Besides that, the stay was comfortable and the neighborhood absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and we felt EXTREMELY safe during our stay!
