Barskoon guest house (Барскоон гостевой дом)

Traditional Kyrgyzstani Yurt, positioned on Gealogia mountain in Barskoon. Plenty of walking trails and hikes accessed from within the property. Yurt is spacious with one queen sized bed and two singles with its own toilet. Mountain views surround the property, and is also walking distance from all the main amenities in town. Traditional Kyrgyzstani cooking are part of the experience and available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Taxis are regularly available for access to the tourist sights.

The Farm Guesthouse & Yurts

This is a working farm with crops and animals, located near the mountains. The main farm is closed to guests at this time due to the pandemic. We can take you horseback riding and can help you get to local attractions such as the Burana Tower, water falls and hot springs and the German museum which is close by. 3 km from the main farm at the base of the mountains we have traditional yurts on a working ranch where you can experience a Kyrgyz way of life . The sights and sounds are amazing.

We are an authentic nomad family and would like to welcome you to experience a nomadic lifestyle with us. We live 100 km away from UB and we have been living here for over 25 years. We offer drop off and pick up service with additional charge since there is no public transportation or taxi service.

We are a typical Mongolian nomad family and you can see a daily life of us in here. During winter, we live just near to the Hustai National Park, where is about 100 km from the capital city of Mongolia— "Ulaanbaatar". Therefore you can also watch the wild "Przewalskii horse" and visit the Hustai National Park from our place. And for the summer time we move a bit further but still close to the park. We organize a day or two days tour around our national ger for riding a horse. Around many nomadic families who has animals . You will be in wide nature and know real mongolian nomadic life. Our farm works whole year.
