The space is a 48.69 sqm brand new,neat and clean 1-bedroom room feature beautiful Modern decor and charm. There are 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. This is a rental house located in a private house in a village on the west coast of Jeju Island, where you can use it privately with your family, lover, and friends. It consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor lawn yard with a land area of 100 pyeong and a floor area of 30 pyeong. It is fully equipped with hotel-style bedding, so there is no inconvenience in using it. There is an emerald-colored Geumneung/Hyeopjae Beach within a 3-minute walk, making it perfect for enjoying a summer beach. In addition, there are famous tourist attractions such as Hanrim Park, Thinking Garden, Glass Castle, Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art, Bangrimwon, and Osulloc Tea Museum. Feel the atmosphere of Jeju in the cozy village and the comfortable Oshilokheon, which is like my home. Facilities: Bathtub, shower booth, kitchen Goods: TV, cable TV, Wifi, Bluetooth, air conditioner, washing machine Kitchen utensils: microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster and all kitchen utensils Seasoning: cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, a little red pepper powder Direct calls, mobile phone texts, and Airbnb messages are all possible. Geumneung Beach, the best beach in Jeju Island, is a 2-minute walk away, and Hyeopjae Beach is spread along the palm forest road. If you walk along the village road, you can find restaurants and cafes full of small feelings, even if they are not necessarily famous. Nearby, there are famous tourist attractions such as Hallim Park, Thinking Garden, Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art, Jeoji Art Village, Bangrimwon, and Osulloc Museum, and you can also conveniently visit Shinchang Windmill Village, Wolyeong-ri Cactus Village, Geumak Oreum, and Songaksan. There is a parking lot in front of the house. The loop bus stop is 50m right in front. Charcoal barbecues are not available as we cannot cause damage to our neighbors in the quiet village due to smoke and noise. Instead, there is a portable burner and a grill, so you can grill meat in the lawn yard at sunset. No pets and no smoking indoors.
