Tent holiday rentals in Asia

We found this place while randomly browsing on airbnb to stay near didupe falls. Shiva spoke to us after we booked this place and since then we were amazed by his hospitality and the way he guided us to reach his place. The place is well located inside the forest with excellent scenic views and you can hear the sound of water flowing from his stay. Shiva’s knowledge of the surroundings is simply superb and this stay is a must if you are someone who wants to explore things without having a fixed plan or schedule. The icing on the cake is the food along with those random conversations with Shiva which you won’t forget for sometime. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place in this area and to others who is confused about to where to spend your weekend away from Bangalore :D

When I closed my eyes I still can see that magestic mountain, river, trees and heaing exotic birds sounds in that peaceful nature! We planned to stay for 2 days and extended one more day because we loved that place so much. We ordered every meals and just enjoyed all facilites. Food was delicious, they all cooked with care and love not like commerically made food. Location is not easy to access - We took a train from Kanchanaburii to Nam tok station then the host sent a taxi to Nam tok station for us to get there. It was so worthy to take all the trip from Bangkok to Kanchnaburi to Nam Tok station to stay there. Absolutely I will go there again.

On an incredibly hot day it was amazing to be welcomed with a delicious cold lemon juice. The stay also offered peaceful nature walks with a guide and a Sri Lankan cooking demonstration included in the price. We had difficulties with transport to the stay but Anuruddha & co. were very flexible. Thank you so much!

Beautiful gardens and great hospitality. Lively bar and fun games at night, and delicious food. The beach is unfortunately full of trash however which is heartbreaking.

This is a lovely place to stay if you are looking to trek in and around Chakrata. The hosts are a kind, gentle couple who took special care in showing us around the place even going as far as to plan our entire trek to Devban. Accomodation is bare minimum in terms of amenities but the hosts do as best as they can to make you feel comfortable . Perfect place to stay if your primary interest is to trek.

a very nice place for glamping. Tent was pretty large and comfortable, beds were comfortable. loved that the floors were heated!!! especially wonderful in cold temperatures. host does not speak English, but with the translation app it was fairly smooth to communicate. they no longer have dinner sets available but they still provide charcoal services. we were charge 25 000 won for charcoal services (3 pax). highly recommend that because it's amazing to cook your own food and sit there and chill. they provide one tong as well as bowls and plates and a fridge. you can bring your own food. There is a CU store outside. note there are dogs there. recommended for those who are looking for a chill experience.

This was my 3rd stay at Dahilig! it's got a great view and a nice pool. I don't want to be right in Sabang or Puerto Galera town so this place was good for me. I walked to both when I didn't have the motorbike rental. It is about 20 mins to walk to Sabang and 30 mins walk to PG town. Dahilig was quiet and Mariam is friendly. I booked this tent ad but the tent isn't up at the moment. I was put into the end room of the single rooms. There is a bathroom very close in the main building and a fan in the Room. These are the cheapest rooms I think but it suited me just fine. I even stayed for 10 days. The room had a twin size bed I think it was, a table, a chair and a bedside table as well as the fan of course. I would return. If you want a room at Dahilig with air con or cook top I suggest looking up Dahilig resort on ag.oda as the prices are more for a better room but not by a lot. Thank you, Rogel and Mariam!

Place is exactly as shown in the images. Tents are luxury with all amenities provided. Staffs are very responsive and helpful. Approach road is lil patchy but drivable. Food taste is good and not costly.

definitely a recommended camping spot in pai with one of the nicest host♡︎ unfortunately, I caught a cold and couldn’t visited it. the host, incredibly kind, applied for a partial refund despite the booking being non-refundable before the check-in. one of my friend used this booking instead of us and highly advised us to book this tent next time. the tent was even bigger than she expected and equipped with all necessary amenities from lighting to water supply. the surroundings is quite, beautiful, and peaceful.

전체적인 구조나 시스템이 너무 잘 되어있고 설명도 상세하고 친절하게 해주셔서 너무 좋아요! 조금 아쉬운 건 식기들 설거지가 너무 엉망이라 조금 당황스러웠던 부분이랑 어느정도 알고 갔지만 새벽 내내 바람이 휘몰아쳐서 텐트 펄럭이는 소리에 잠을 거의.. 못 잤습니다ㅜ 옆텐트와도 방음이 1도 안 돼서 같이 오신 분들이 매너타임을 안 지키시거나 너무 이른 시간부터 강아지가 짖는 소리가 나는 건 숙소의 문제는 아니지만 아쉬웠어요 그래도 여기가 완전 애견인들을 위한 공간으로 잘 짜여져있어 강아지가 있다면 꼭 와볼만하다고 생각합니다!

Shammy and Charlotte are great hosts, we felt at home immediately. Fun conversation, very accommodating to requests. They even brought over a box of books and toys for my kids to use while we were there . Absolutely fabulous.

Driving into this location was one of the most serene and peaceful locations my family have been to in Japan so far. If you’re looking for an area to have a quiet, charming fire under the stars with all the amenities of home, then you’ve found the right place. The moment you arrive, you’re treated with great hospitality and feel a part of the family.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Nature! Our stay at Forest Chalet Tent was nothing short of amazing! Nestled in the middle of nature, this place was a peaceful retreat, surrounded by stunning views and fresh air. It was the perfect escape from the city, offering both comfort and tranquility. A huge shoutout to the caretakers, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference! The place was well maintained and clean. It has a Boho vibe with a variety of options for indoor games. Waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying coffee with such breathtaking scenery was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. Had such a great stay at Preeyaphat’s place! It has this awesome country-style vibe that totally gave me Red Dead Redemption feels. Super cozy and relaxing, with just the right mix of rustic and comfy. Preeyaphat is an incredible host—very responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a cozy, Western-inspired atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my 2nd time to stay in this place. Had a great time with my friends! This is a really private place where you can enjoy nature with your friends. It is a go-to place near Manila where you can enjoy nature and peace during the weekend.

Obwohl ich vor der Check-In Zeit kam konnte ich schon einchecken. Ich hatte die Wahl zwischen einem Zelt oder einer Hängematte. Wer auf Ameisen empfindlich reagiert sollte sich vielleicht füe die Hängematte entscheiden. Es ist eine wundervolle Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Man kann Kajaks ausleihen. Es gibt einen überdachten Shelter mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Abends wird alles mit Lichterketten beleuchtet.

Our stay at Mahatao Island was nothing short of amazing! The serene beauty of the island and Lumot Lake was complemented by the warm and accommodating attitude of the owner. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. What stood out the most was how responsive and considerate the owner was. From answering our queries to accommodating our requests, they were always quick to respond and genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. They weren’t strict with time, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful ambiance of the island. The place itself was well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil escape or a unique getaway, Mahatao Island is a hidden gem. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

I can really recommend staying here. Danushka and colleagues went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and worthwhile. I was sick when I arrived and the staff helped me a lot with that, they even went into town to get me the things I needed to get better and they helped me to see a doctor. It was a very comfortable bed and a quiet place to stay. it was very clean and the food was yummy. Thank-you!

Had such a wonderful time at Beyond Community. It was peaceful, serene and just the kind of getaway we were looking for. Not too many people staying on the property meant more privacy and the added bonus were the cats and dogs. We loved having the furry babies around. At night, all the dogs would sit outside our tent and we’d have a party of our own. Moka, the boxer was our absolute favourite. The tent was very comfortable, it had an AC also for when it got warm. The bathroom was clean and there was a kitchen outside for whenever we needed hot water or chai. The property is 10 minutes from main Auroville market and a lot of cafés to eat around. The road to get to the property is a bit bumpy but it’s worth the destination. Definitely going on out list of “To Revisit” for the quietness and calm of this place but mostly for the furry babies and Moka.

Such a beautiful place! We were lucky to have it all to ourselves, which added to the charm. The tent was cozy and rustic, perfect if you’re looking for solitude and simplicity. Bring some snacks and food—there’s not much around. We only stayed one night, but it was a magical night under the stars.
