My first time in this very cute, high-spec new build in Florentine. The EZ operation is smooth and reliable. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, and on a quiet street (a big plus in TLV). The balcony is a lovely treat, and your sleep in the safe room will be undisturbed. Highly recommend 🙏

The apartment is quite nice, clean, the kitchen is equipped. The location is really good. There's room to walk. It was difficult to sleep because of the loud booms that were in the weeks. And we are moments when there is a very important apartment in the apartment for the degree of necessity. I would add a few capsules to the coffee machine and sugar. Quick communication with the host through the app. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed staying in this small but very cozy studio apartment. i had everything I needed already there, except food which is easy to get in the multiple minimarkets and stores right next to the place. It was clean and polished and felt like a home right away. I really enjoyed the fact that it has a balcony. It's a shared roof but this appartment is right at the end and feels private. The location is great. all sorts of stores, cafes and restaurants are right below and it's minutes walk from the sea. Time flew by quick and Yaron the host was very caring and friendly. Very recommended.

My daughter and I stayed at Dana's apartment last weekend. I have no words to thank Dana and her husband for the warm attitude we received from the lovely couple! Excellent hosts, always attentive when you need something, even though we didn't lack anything, they always took care of everything! Always available for any question. A lovely apartment with an amazing view of the sea. Apartment equipped with everything needed, real home atmosphere. Cleanliness above expectations, towels, linens, everything was of a high standard. This is by far the best apartment I stayed in TLV in the past 15 years. Great location, nice building and modern apartment. Has mamad (one of the bedrooms with a comfortable bed). All amenities are modern and nice. Nice small touches like beach towels and liquids for the washing machine. The hosts were frequently in touch checking if I needed anything and if everything was ok (I was staying during the missiles). Would love to stay again!

One of the things I liked most was the air conditioner – it worked great and ensured perfect comfort even on hot days. The location of the apartment is simply excellent – in the center of things, with easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and cafes, which made the stay much more comfortable and fun. Everything is within walking distance! The hosts were courteous and available for any question or need, which added to the sense of security and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and central place. I will definitely come back again!

Dalia’s place is absolutely incredible. Located on one of the highest floors of the tallest tower in Neve Tzedek, it offers breathtaking views. The building also features a pool and gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend it if you have the chance.

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

This was my second stay in this apartment. It’s lovely and peaceful and extremely well-located. Quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, Rothschild Boulevard, Tayelet and beaches, Carmel Market, etc. Perfect for someone visiting for a week or two. I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter and it suited me very well. The owner, Moshe, is a nice man, and accommodating.
