Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ashford District

Was an amazing stay, extremely cosy and relaxing. Very clean throughout. Everything was easy to use/access. Megan was also a great host. Very pleased overall

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Nancy made our group's experience extremely enjoyable, I had a great stay! She was incredibly thoughtful being flexible with timings and leaving for us a tennis table and going the extra mile by preparing the hot tub. She was responsive to my questions, which I really appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if looking to do a trip in Ashford.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

A lovely charming house, extremely well thought for a rental, premium service in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms allow to have 2 families comfortably installed. Would definitely recommend

Lovely guest house with spacious garden and access to a communal hot tub. Sarah was a great host and always checked in with me despite being out the country at the time. Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

We had an absolutely perfect family stay at Gabin's house. Marie's welcome was warm, professional and very attentive, and Gabin's responsiveness throughout the stay was exemplary. The house is beautiful, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything is thought for comfort and leisure: swimming pool, jacuzzi, foosball, pinball, billiards... there is something for everyone! The enclosed garden allows you to relax with peace of mind, and the location is ideal: only 800 meters from the sea and close to the center of Hardelot. A perfect place for holidays for families or groups of friends. We highly recommend this listing!

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses that took us to Central underground station (Leyton) in 10 minutes. Food shops at the end of the road too to stock cupboards for meals. Thanks for a great stay.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

The Lookout is a stunning building and location. It’s furnished to a super high standard and has lovely little touches. Janie left us a bottle of wine which was most welcome and unexpected! The hot tub was perfect for the afternoon and evening with views over the fields. Highly recommend this as a perfect, quiet getaway with everything you need for a lovely break.

We had a great stay at this Villa. It's huge and quirky. Great kitchen with good equipment. The hot tub was a real treat, good size and great temperature. It is on a really busy road.

A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Love Nest to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely location, extremely peaceful. The place was very clean and welcoming, cozy little lodge. We would stay again, they also have other accommodation options, which we would like to try. Thank you for having us.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. An unforgettable stay! Deborah’s cabin was absolutely stunning – the perfect escape. The place had everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully arranged and beautifully kept. The sauna was such a treat – clean, peaceful, and so relaxing – and the hot tub was just perfect, always at the right temperature. Every little detail was just right, making our stay so comfortable and special. Deborah herself was a wonderful host – warm, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend – we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!

I booked this little gem for my partners 40th birthday and it really didn’t disappoint. Very clear instructions on how to find, nothing was too much trouble and the hot tub was warm and ready for our arrival, it was also spotless and had everything you needed. I will 100% be recommending the waterside retreat and will be booking to stay again soon.
