Villa holiday rentals in Ascoli Piceno

Was für ein Paradies auf Erden! Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung in einem unglaublich schönen und gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von Luigis Eltern herzlich empfangen, zur Unterkunft gebracht und in alles eingewiesen. Es gibt viele schöne Städte und Strände innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrtzeit zu besuchen. Das einzige Problem ist nur, dass man die Unterkunft eigentlich nicht verlassen will! Traumhaft- wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

La villa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, curata nei dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario al punto da farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni anche su punti di interesse nei dintorni e lo scambio con l’host è sempre stato veloce e chiaro. Host attentissimo alle necessità della mia famiglia, in particolar modo ai più piccoli, ho davvero apprezzato. Sicuramente consiglio l’alloggio.

La casa è incastonata nel verde dei boschi, spazi molto belli e camere ampie..! L'Host ci ha fatto seguire dal custode Giulio che è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Eravamo una comitiva di 9 persone e siamo stati benissimo!

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana sentendoci come a casa. La villetta è stupenda, posizionata in modo strategico ci ha permesso di avere il massimo della privacy e allo stesso tempo di accedere ai servizi in modo facile. Abitanti di Santa Vittoria, cordiali, molto bravi e professionali. La piscina un plus indispensabile per rendere completo questo angolo di paradiso. Het huis is lopend te bereiken via een steil straatje. Met de auto kun je er niet komen, maar je hoeft maar circa 100 m te lopen om er te komen. Groot voordeel is dat er geen auto’s voor je deur langs kunnen en dat het heerlijk rustig i. Dat is zeker fijn als je buiten zit en geniet van de tuin die in hoogte verloopt (meerdere terrassen). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn dat er meerdere badkamers zijn en de slaapkamers zijn allemaal ruim bemeten. De woonkamer is niet heel groot, maar zeker ook niet klein. De keuken is niet zo groot, maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanuit het huis loop je zo het oude stadsdeel in, waar je je enige eeuwen terug in de tijd waant. Dit deel moet je zowel ‘s avonds bekijken als overdag. Het stadje heeft alle nodige voorzieningen (restaurants, supermarkt, cafe, etc). Christine is enthousiast en reageert altijd en meestal ook snel. Haar antwoorden zijn uitgebreid en dat geeft een betrokken en betrouwbaar gevoel.

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Una casa meravigliosa, un angolo di paradiso. Casa curata e accogliete con un meraviglioso giardino. La vista appaga gli occhi e la notte le lucciole fanno compagnia. Super consigliato.

Posto incantevole, nelle colline Marchigiane. Fin troppo incantevole, tanto é che abbiamo passato molto tempo in relax in Villa. Peccato per lo Stradello non asfaltato che collega la strada principale alla villa. Host super disponibile e gentile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Ein echtes Juwel in mitten der Toskana. Samuele war ein super Host, von Anfang an gut organisiert und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön, das Grundstück unglaublich gut gepflegt. Die Eigentümerin Uttilia war sehr herzlich und wir konnten uns trotz fehlender Italienschkenntnisse gut mit ihr verständigen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, Samuele und die Gegend jedem der ein paar Tage Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in Erwin zijn mooie en ruime woning. De woning was voor ons, tijdens de winterperiode, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erwin uzijn uitgebreide informatie over de regio en zijn zeer gastvrije ontvangst waren super. We hebben niet eerder zo'n uitgebreide informatie over de regio mogen ontvangen. Het uitzicht vanaf het huis is magnifiek. Je ziet besneeuwde bergtoppen en aan de andere kant de zee. Het huis is goed te verwarmen met cv én pelletkachel. De keuken is groot en van alles voorzien. Twee badkamers en grote slaapkamers. Vanuit het huis is de prachtige regio de Abruzzen goed te verkennen met de auto. We komen graag terug tijdens warmere dagen om ook de mooie buitenruimte te benutten.

Merci pour l’accueil, votre villa est encore mieux que sur les photos et nous n’avions jamais vu une piscine privée aussi grande !! Le rapport qualité prix vaut vraiment le coup!! Petit plus, un nettoyeur fort sympathique, Massimo, vient tous les 2-3 jours pour faire en sorte que la piscine soit parfaitement propre: Génial !!! Nous avons passé un super séjours, encore merci Gianluigi!!!

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

Such a pretty place! Pool is huge! Kitchen is well equipped Airco upstairs works good Beds are really nice and comfy! Communication with the company that manages the property is fast, professional and nice. Had an amazing stay
