Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at home, with space for 2-6 people. It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and skiing. Enjoy swimming in Lake Drachensee and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten, and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.

Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.
