**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next to my house is under construction from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There is also bridge painting work happening from 8:30 AM (usually starting at 9:00 AM) to 6:00 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. It is a 3-minute walk from the Nakano station. Because the apartment is in a commercial area, it is very convenient for dining and shopping. Nearby is Nakano Broadway, which is highly recommended for those who like anime and manga. There are also many BARs and izakayas, so it is a very recommended town for those who like alcohol.
