Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arvika Municipality

Geweldige stukje van Zweden, heel veel natuur. Wij zijn dol op de exoot Lupinen aan de zonnige zijde van de wegbermen! Met de GPS werden wij naar een andere lokatie gestuurd, midden in bos, 13 km verder. De exacte lokatie is: 60.022961,12.656151.

Absolutely amazing place! It’s a fantastic house, huge and spacious, very clean and has everything you’ll need. Great private location, the kids loved running around on the grass and parents could relax knowing no cars would go past. Loved the private beach. The two bathrooms were great for so many guests. Angelica was an excellent host and so accomodating and helpful.

Wir blieben fünf Nächte in Celines gemütlicher und „typisch schwedischer“ Unterkunft. Unsere Zeit verbrachten wir mit dem Sammeln von Pfifferlingen, dem Angeln, mit zahlreichen tollen Elchbegegnungen sowie entspannten Abenden vor dem Kamin. Deshalb fiel es uns auch nicht schwer, so manche komfortablen Gewohnheiten abzulegen und den Luxus der einfachen Dinge zu genießen.

We spent seven days in Mike and Kristine's wonderful holiday home. The property is in a wonderfully idyllic location and there are lots of details to discover in the garden. The house is clean and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss a thing. A big plus is also the own jetty to the lake and the possibility to use the rowing boat and canoe. Unfortunately, the water level of the lake had dropped so much at the time of our stay in August that we couldn't get the rowing boat into the water, but as the canoe was easy to use from the jetty, this wasn't a problem and we were able to explore the lake and its wonderful shores. Communication with Mike and Kristine was smooth and any questions were answered quickly. If you are looking for a quiet, private location in the middle of the Swedish countryside, this is the place for you.

Das Haus ist ideal für einen ruhigen Schwedenurlaub. Lage super. Wer in Schweden Urlaub macht, weiß, dass man mit dem Auto fahren muss. Wandergebiet in der Nähe und top. Einkaufmöglichkeiten für den kleinen und großen Einkauf in der Nähe und/oder gut erreichbar. Jörg gibt Tipps, lässt einen aber auch in Ruhe, wenn man das möchte. Also auch hier super. Sehr freundlich und umgänglich. So muss Urlaub sein. Obwohl Jörg nicht die übliche Werbung mit Elchen macht, haben wir zwei Elche in freier Wildbahn gesehen. Top. Die Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit sind sicherlich überall unterschiedlich. Es gab nichts was man nicht schnell mit einem Lappen bereinigen konnte.

We arrived to this beautiful, serene lake house and felt right at home. While being a big house it felt really cozy and well furnished. It is big enough for lots of people without feeling cramped. All the amenities and extras like the sauna, the pizza oven and the SUPs were great and Jan proactively communicated where we would find groceries and useful stuff around the house. He responded fast and communication was really really friendly. Unfortunately the weather was not entirely on our side but we still enjoyed the lake, some fishing and the big garden. The Kitchen and the pizza oven offered us a very pleasant cooking experience and the table in the living room fit all of us comfortably. The bathrooms are modern and the provided shower gel and shampoo were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay 💗

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Schwedenhäuschen von Anne & Henrik. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Große Küche, riesiger Kühlschrank, gemütliches Sofa, modernes Bad - alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Highlight war der direkte Zugang zum See, auch wenn wir diesen wegen des Wetters leider nur 1x nutzen konnten. Aber alleine für die Aussicht beim morgendlichen Kaffee hat es sich schon gelohnt. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie eine Pizzeria und ein Restaurant. Man ist also nicht ganz so abgeschieden und muss nicht weit fahren, sondern kann sogar zu Fuß einkaufen gehen. :-) Außerdem ist die Straße, in der das Häuschen steht, abends beleuchtet. Für unsere abendliche Runde mit dem Hund war das super. Nach Sunne ist es auch nicht weit. Das ist der nächst größere Ort mit ein paar Lädchen, Restaurants, Cafés.

Vilket fint ställe. Blev en trevlig överraskning hur trevligt och fint det var. Rekommenderar alla som stannar i trakterna.

Peter svarade snabbt när jag hade frågor. Mottagandet var supertrevligt och boendet väldigt rent, modernt och fint! Omgivningen är så vacker. Glava har en speciell plats i mitt hjärta och att få bo så här lugnt och avslappnat var perfekt för den situationen jag befann mig i. Allt har verkligen varit toppen! Kommer utan tvekan att boka detta boende i framtiden!

Brand new, very tastefully decorated cabin in a quiet forest environment. Simply delightful. Very comfortable furnishings and bed. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastisk vert, anbefales på det sterkeste. Stedet var kjempe koselig og hytta var fin og ren. Han møtte oss når vi kom og forklarte alt. Han sendte link fra google og skiltet slik at det var lett og finne fram😁 Vi storkoste oss oss. Super vert👍☀️

Die Lage des tollen Grundstücks inmitten schönster Natur und der Komfort des Hauses sind wirklich absolut außergewöhnlich. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und familiär und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haben das Ferienhaus leider nicht gleich gefunden aber das hat sich dann auch schnell erledigt. Es gab im Haus alles was man auch zu Hause braucht - Handtücher, Decken, Bettwäsche, Wäschetrockner, Waschmaschine, Gartenmöbel, Schwimmwesten, kleine sowie große Utensilien in der Küche. Aufgrund der Bewertungen haben wir angenommen, dass man direkt vor Ort "richtig" fischen kann. Für uns leider nicht das richtige, aber Kinder haben dort sicher ihren Spaß. Zum Fischen sind wir dann auf den Campingplatz (Glaskogen, ca 25Min) gefahren, wo man auch "Fishing Guide" buchen kann. Also fischen, einkaufen (Charlottenberg), Sehenswürdigkeiten (zB das Brigadmueum in Karlstad, der bekannte Schrottplatz in Bastnas) anschauen - es war für jeden von uns etwas dabei :). We stayed in the cabin for a couple of days and absolutely loved it! The cabin is amazing; very well appointed, lovely eye for detail and a kitchen that is absolutely fantastic! The surrounding terrain is equally stunning, with plenty of spots to just sit back and enjoy the wildlife that drops by at sunset (foxes, deer). Location is great - there are plenty of nice restaurants as well as several supermarkets close by and at a short driving distance from the cabin you will find natural parks where you can hike, kayak, mtb or rent a boat. Should you come with an electric car, there are several fast charging stations in Arvika. Sara is an incredible host; readily available and super helpful and hospitable. Overall, we absolutely adored the place and are grateful to Sara that she was willing to share her ‘slice of heaven’. We will definitely come back!

Vi var 6 st som bodde i stugan 2 nätter. 4 vuxna och 2 barn. Otroligt mysig stuga med härlig brygga. Tessan är en väldigt trevlig värd som gjorde ”det lilla extra” för att vi skulle få en fin vistelse. Barnen tyckte att det enda som var dåligt med stugan var att vi behövde åka därifrån :) Vi hoppas att vi får komma tillbaka igjen!

Schöne Hütte mit kompletter Ausstattung und gut gelegen mit Nähe zum Strand (Ingastranden) zur Stadt und Kultur (Arvika) sowie Wandern (Glasskogen Naturreservat). Kathrine hat immer freundlich und sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Im angrenzenden Wald gab es genügend Blaubeeren, Pfifferline und sogar Trolle - man muss sie nur finden ;-) Einziger Wermutstropfen bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Wetter, für das aber die Hütte, deren Lage und Kathrine nichts können.
