Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arusha

While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

Le logement de Cécile est situé à la sortie d’Arusha (moins de 10min en voiture du centre) dans une rue calme très sécurisée. Je n’étais pas motorisée (NB: Cécile peut louer sa voiture) et tous les taxis que j’ai approché ont facilement trouvé l’endroit. Il y a des petites boutiques de quoi faire quelques courses dans le coin à moins de 5min à pied ce qui est appréciable. Demi, la dame de maison, est adorable, a fait tous les efforts pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Sa cuisine est délicieuse! Je recommande fortement. Il y a eu une panne de courant touchant tout le quartier (en rien la faute de l’hôte!) un samedi entier, rien d’anormal en Afrique, inévitable. Pour les voyageurs surpris comme moi par l’hiver tanzanien (et non indien), il ne fait pas très chaud et la maison n’a pas de radiateurs. Couvrez-vous et faites usages de toutes les couvertures disponibles. Cécile a été super disponible, répondant rapidement sur WhatsApp. Le guide de maison était aussi super complet. Merci à elle pour un séjour reposant !

We had an amazing stay at Oisso Apt! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the ambiance was just right for relaxing and unwinding. The little thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, made all the difference.

Our stay at Arusha Serene Oasis was short but sweet! A really gorgeous home with plenty of space for the 7 of us! We were only staying one night as we were catching a flight in the morning, but it had everything we needed and more! It was incredibly clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was close to shops, as well as great bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again when back in Arusha!

The house was very clean and beautiful it looked exactly like the pictures shared. The host was helpful and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay we did not even want to leave! I would definitely highly recommend for anyone visiting Arusha. Good job Gornaana!

To the Kenyans travelers especially- this place has 4 stand alone two bedrooms houses that can accommodate a big group with enough parking for min 8 cars. Its a km or two from the Arusha bypass road and just 300m or so from tarmac. The host is the friendliest i have encountered so far. I would highly recommend.

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

It was pleasure staying at Asella’s place. Lovely host. I’d stay there again. She was attentive to detail and went out of her way to ensure that our stay with our infant was as comfortable as could be. Her place is tastefully decorated and exactly as in the pictures.

Very clean place with comfortable bed in the double room we had in the Mufasa place. Mary and Mina are very kind and hospitable and Richard is very helpful with quick responses. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely come back!

EXCELLENTISSIME HAVRE DE PAIX!! Nous étions un groupe de 4 personnes et nous avons passés un séjour mémorable. Les nombreux équipements comme la piscine et la cuisine toute équipée sont vraiment un plus. L’accueil chaleureux et la qualité des équipements font la différence. L’un des axes d’amélioration peut être le prix du petit déjeuner et des lits plus longs pour les personnes de +1m85

Very quiet and good area

I had a wonderful stay at David's place. Extremely comfortable, the bed was splendid. everything matches the description. I felt warmly welcome and everyone was very kind. the place is very beautiful, flowers, hummingbirds, fresh avocados and papayas, comfortable resting area... the wifi worked very well. the meals were delicious as well. David is a very nice person to talk to, smart and delivering good advices and recommendations. thanks very much. I highly recommend this place, and I will be back soon!

Der Check in war reibungslos. Als wir, an dem Tag unserer Ankunft, noch keine tansanischen Schilling hatten, hat uns Ally sogar Geld für das Essen geliehen und sich extra Zeit genommen um mit uns etwas zu essen zu holen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt äußerst zufriedenstellend und Ally ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber.

My stay at Jo city Homes was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, and public transportation. Also, The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive.

Savana’s place was beyond my expectations in terms of comfort but also style. Henceforth, if it is free, I’d like to use her beautiful place to stay whenever I am I Arusha.

Derrick was always there whatever time of day or night to help with any requests I had. He ensured that I got there perfectly by communicating not only with me but even my driver and also was very flexible in the timings as I was arriving early morning or late at night during my trip. The place is beautiful and he has great plans to add more experiences in the location too. He was very communicative and gave a lot of insight about Arusha. Arusha is his home and you can tell how much passion he has for the place. He also gave a lot of recommendations on where to visit and also offered to take me around. It was a very good experience and I'm thankful to the host.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay and can recommend Westwood without hesitation. The apartment is newly renovated, extremely well cleaned and maintained, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is within walking distance of several downtown attractions and a short and affordable cab ride to other locations. We wanted to try an Airbnb to avoid having to get multiple hotel rooms and Westwood was perfect. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We strongly recommend this to all travelers, especially those who plan an extended stay in Arusha. It’s a wonderful value!!

We had a very nice stay at the Meru Farm. Very confortable and clean room, with attached bathroom, and small living room. We enjoyed the terrace and the quiet garden. Esther, who take care of the house is amazing. And Francis, who help us for few transfer is really kind also. Perfect spot for long term stay if you want to be out of the city center and have a "home feeling".

I enjoyed my stay at Anna's place. Her son Albert and the caretaker of the property were very helpful in helping us get to where we needed to be and for the assistance with the WiFi when we needed it. Everyone I interacted with was very generous. Location-wise, it isn't walkable to the main city area but is just a short bus ride or taxi to get there.

My wife enjoyed staying at this property, and she felt immediately at home. Micael is a very good and kind host. He gave very helpful suggestions, and overall she had a very good experience staying with Micael. The property was very convenient as she was attending a work meeting at the Arusha International Conference Centre.
