Waterfront holiday rentals in Artemida

Constantinos was totally incredible. He went out of his way to help us get around as the roads were all blocked for a local race. He even picked us up and got us out of the blockade so we could get a taxi. Even more incredibly when we were unable to return to the apartment for check-out due to the heavy traffic, he came to the airport to pick up the keys. Can’t say thank you enough!

Excellent stay. The apartment is perfect close to the sea and a lively street where shops, bars and restaurants are located. Access to Athens is easy by bus. Lia and her husband are quality hosts who were able to give us all the information and advice in advance to prepare for our stay. Many thanks to them.

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

We had a great stay, would recommend! The apartement was clean and as described, in a calm area with lots of restaurants and cafes, right by the sea. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with a view on the ocean! Communication with Fonteini was great and they welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Thanks!

The apartment was clean and modern. You had got everything you needed.. we recovered well.. thank you for the beautiful apartment. The only thing was, we didn't have a Greek program (wanted to wake up memories as I speak Greek), but the contact person there wanted to take care of it but unfortunately did not happen. Wasn't that important. There were often problems opening the gate for the parking lot. You have to try often..,

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

This was a great place to stay and access Athens and surroundings. Peaceful and the description of the view is understated. It was great.

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is an easy walk and the restaurants are great. I would recommend %1000.

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

George's Garden House is perfectly located - 2 minutes from bus stop and 5 minutes from the beach. The house itself is perfect for 2 people (great AC). Just few improvements needed in the shower. George promptly responded to all our requests and was a great host. We would book with George again.

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful wooded garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. Lovely place - great price

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Absolutely loved my stay here — highly recommend! From the moment I arrived, Chrisoula made me feel right at home with the warmest welcome at check-in. The suite was spotless and recently renovated, featuring gorgeous ceiling lights that were even better in person than in the photos! The patio offers a peek at the ocean, yet the location still feels tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and quiet. You’re steps from a beautiful beach and just beside a chic beach club with great restaurant options. Even McDonald’s is only a 10-minute walk if you’re craving something quick. Whether you want to relax on the beach right outside your door or explore the nearby clubs and restaurants, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

We spent a very short night here but it worked out fine. Our flight from Rhodes was delayed & the weather wasn't great so there was no beach day for us. We walked down the street to an adorable little family taverna, Ο ΑΡΧΟΝΤΑΣ, for our last Greek meal. The apartment is quite nice with a full kitchen, big cozy sectional, electric fireplace & beautiful view of the sea. Two adults stayed in the "kids" room with twin beds which was fine but there are toys & kid stuff all over. The bathroom was fine but the deep tub with shower was tricky getting in and out of. The location is interesting - right on the water with a small beach. The water looked very clear! The town itself looks a little rundown but it was literally empty while we were there so it's hard to say. Nikos was very communicative & helpful, a very proactive host for our quick 12-hour stay.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Katerina is the kindest host! She was super flexible with check-in, and welcomed us early in the morning with s big smile and warm hug. Apartment is couple of minutes walking from the beach, with beautiful view on Alimos marina. Apartment is equipped with everything you need, clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Porto Rafti in Eftychios’ place was perfect. He is the best and most attentive Airbnb host we have ever had! He sent plenty of restaurant recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed! He even helped arrange our transportation to the airport. It was lovely to light a candle on the porch and enjoy a bottle of wine (from our host) listening to the waves. We hope to come back someday. We were so grateful to have such a nice and clean apartment to stay in. It was comfortable and an added bonus for us as parents were the complete blackout blinds.
