Villa holiday rentals in Artà

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bonnix. The house & view are perfect. They supplied everything you could need for a week’s stay in terms of utensils, towels etc (check the shed before buying pool/garden toys) and the service, with bbq cleaning every day & a cleaner once a week, was brilliant. Super private & fuss-free check in/check out. You need a car to get around but super quick to get to Pollenca and alcudia. Not that we wanted to leave the villa much! We hope to visit again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Le logement était parfait, très confortable et idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la mer — un vrai rêve. Un immense merci à Lola, qui a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We have stayed in many villas over the last few years but this one stood out from all the rest! On our arrival, we had a very friendly welcome from Maria. The cold drinks waiting in the fridge and bowl of fruit were much appreciated. The villa is very private and set in extensive grounds with well maintained mature gardens on different levels. There were also several outside seating/dining areas to choose from. A lot of care and thought has gone into creating the garden and we loved it. An amazing pool too! The house was bigger than expected with a lovely sense of space and interesting design features. Spotlessly clean. The upstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom had AC. This was much appreciated by our children. The two downstairs bedrooms had no AC but a large fan was available which gave some relief from the particularly high temperatures during our stay. We would very happily come here again. The best family holiday yet!

La villa est simplement magnifique et exclusive. La communication avec Maria était impeccable avant l’arrivée puis parfaite avec Marisa pendant notre séjour. Cet endroit est un havre de bonheur, le logement a fait de nos vacances une parenthèse magique. Merci beaucoup à Marisa pour son aide si précieuse pendant le séjour.

Très bel endroit, calme et reposant. À noter que la maison est adjacente à une autre maison. Ce n’est pas un problème, mais ce n’est pas indiqué.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es wurde Wasser, Orangensaft und Sekt für uns kalt gestellt. Außerdem gab es viele Tipps für die Umgebung und für Restaurants. Was man wissen sollte: wir wurden gefragt zu welchen Zeiten wir normalerweise duschen bzgl. Warmwasser. Wir haben es von der Erklärung her so verstanden, dass es um eine Zirkulationsleitung geht, die nur zu diesen Zeiten läuft, um schneller warmes Wasser bereit zu haben. Allerdings muss man zu den restlichen Tageszeit nicht länger auf warmes Wasser warten, sondern hat garkein warmes Wasser. Wenn man also verschwitzt von einer Wanderung kommt, muss man bis zu den vorher genannten Duschzeiten warten.

We loved our stay here. The villa is beautiful and the hosts are amazing - very responsive and informative. The villa is in a great location for walking into soller and exploring the surrounding areas. The views, tennis court and pool really made our stay. Thanks Tommy and family for an amazing stay!

A fabulous house in a really lovely peaceful setting. So close to the town of Arta which is a great town yet feels like you away from everywhere. A very relaxing time.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Beste am ganzen Haus war der Pool wo man wirklich den ganzen Tag verweilen kann. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Incredible location, private oasis just steps to popular beach with private gate access. Everything you could need/want. Came with 2 kids and didn't need anything else for them, just wake up and go to the pool for a bit, then head to the beach. Wash up and go out to eat for dinner. The town is a little touristy but has good quality restaurants. It was a dream.

This is an outstanding Villa, not only for the amenities and the location, but particularly for the care from the wonderful hosts. Would completely recommend for a superb holiday

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kids. Es hat uns super gefallen! Der Pool mit Grill und die vielen Aufenthaltsbereiche sind perfekt um sich wohl zu fühlen :-)! In der Nähe gibt es viel zu unternehmen!

I couldn’t recommend this villa enough, we had an absolutely brilliant stay as a family. The villa and grounds are beautiful. It’s really well equipped, including for a toddler and the location was ideal for quick access to both Pollença and Alcúdia. Miquel was a brilliant host, great communication before our arrib and he & his family were super helpful during our stay.

WONDERFUL RETURN TRIP This was our second stay at this lovely house and it was just as great as the first time. It is really spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. The pool is perfect, clean and a great size, and ideal for cooling off after a short walk back from the beach. We were so pleased to find a table tennis table this time, such a fun addition that kept everyone entertained throughout the week. The location is fantastic, with a lovely local feel, and a short car journey to Cala D'Or. Just across the road is a hotel that runs a children’s holiday club and disco in the evenings. You can hear it a little sometimes, especially if you are sitting outside, but it is not overbearing and didn’t impact our holiday at all. A big thank you to Ingrid and Salvador, who are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan cakes when we arrived. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Peaceful and private. Great location within a few minutes drive of port de pollenca, but felt like a real rural retreat. The outside lounge and dining space was fantastic.

Die Unterkunft von Petra ist so schön und wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist super gelegen. Petra ist super nett und zuvorkommend und möchte, dass jeder eine gute Zeit hat. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft von Holidu ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf der Finka und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Finka hatte genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, einfach und freundlich. Der Pool ist super, war jedoch ein wenig kalt, wenn die Sonne nicht geschienen hat.

Die Villa ist wie beschrieben wunderschön. Artà ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Besitzer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würde die. Ulla wieder mieten. Einzig der Check-in Vorgang über die Homepage Mallorca Sélection war eine Zumutung, da alle Dokumente aller Reisenden hochgeladen werden mussten. Funktionierte technisch nicht mit dem IPhone. Mallorca Sélection war nicht bereit, das für uns zu erledigen. Das hat aber mit dem Haus und den Besitzern nichts zu tun! Dieser Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert!

We loved staying at Estefanía's place. The location was in a peacful area about 15 minutes to the beaches in Alcúdia and only five minutes from the stores in Sa Pobla. We especially loved the pool and the AC. We did have to buy soap, trash bags, and other things but it wasn't a big deal. We did have issues with the wifi with three people working remotely and it cut in and out occasionally, even with that, we'd recommend the beautiful house.

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

It is such a beautiful place - we were so grateful to be able to stay there and we’ll definitely be back. It’s even more beautiful in real life :)

Vi opholdt os 5 overnatningerne i huset på bjerget. Vi elskede huset og den spektakulære udsigt. Fantastisk energi, ro, strøm fra solceller og drikkevand fra naturlige kilder. Pep var en perfekt vært, der hjalp os før opholdet med bookinger af padel og spa, han guidede os under opholdet og kom sågar med en pose frisk plukkede appelsiner. Selv efter opholdet har han stået til rådighed for os og vi er meget taknemmelige og kan kun give stedet vores bedste anbefalinger. Huset var fuld udstyret med køkkenredskaber, krydderiet, toiletpapir, skraldeposer, lækre håndklæder, sengetøj mm. Pep havde anbefalet os at leje en lille bil, men vi havde allerede booket en mellemstor bil og det krævede lidt færdigheder at køre op ad bjerget, men det gik uden problemer.
