Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet neighborhood of Feydieu. 25 min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Châteaux road (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45 minutes' drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5 minutes' walk from the forest. The studio is close to our house but we will be discreet during your stay. Pets not allowed! A parking space is reserved for you in the enclosed courtyard.

In Arsac, private individual, rent charming 23 m2 studio with private access. We are 30 minutes from Bordeaux. Perfect location to discover the region, its lakes and ocean beaches. Located on the Médoc Castles Route. Close to all shops. Shaded parking, garden furniture, We live 15 minutes from the tram that takes you to BORDEAUX center, (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). MACAU train station 10 minutes from us Bordeaux Airport 25 minutes, Matmut Atlantique Stadium 20 minutes away.

Come and relax in this peaceful haven of peace that is located in the heart of the most famous castles of the Margaux vineyard, including Issan Castle at 400m and Kirwan Castle at 500m. The magnificent beaches of the Médoc, including Lacanau, are less than 50km away. You have all the green space of the garden as well as the swimming pool and its sunbeds that sit at the foot of the vines A barbecue, a plancha and garden furniture are also there for your comfort.

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The listing is located in a subdivision, we ask that you respect the neighborhood for disturbances. In order to enjoy the jacuzzi which includes 6 places, an extra 30 euros per rental day will be requested in addition to the reservation. Jacuzzi is available from 9h to 22H.
