Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

This is my second stay here, and it was just as good as before. The home's clean, spacious, safe and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Jorge and his co-host Wilma are very friendly, polite, and quick to respond to any questions. They clearly care about making their guests feel welcome. if you're not sure how to work the modern tankless hot water system, don't assume it's broken. Just ask the hosts—they'll gladly explain to you how it works. They're always patient and eager to help guests with anything you don't understand and that's a plus. I 'm happy I chose this home again. Close to El Conde, The Malecon, restaurants and stores, The building is private and safe and you get real latin culture here in this neighborhood. I 100% recommend this home to other travelers and plan to stay here again in the future. 5 stars across the board.

Michelle is the best. Always attentive, responsive and all of her places on clean with up to date amenities. Security is top notch with the keypads and key card entry. House was very modern and felt very comfortable. Michelle send me instructions on how to order delivery and what to tell the drivers and everything was perfect. 10/10
