Holiday rentals with a pool in Arroyo Hondo

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most amazing stay at Barnard’s place! Everything was absolutely perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with kids, and it was such a family-friendly space that made all of us feel right at home. The little touches made a big difference and helped keep everyone comfortable and happy throughout our stay. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing. The location was great, and the comfort of the space truly made it feel like a home away from home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. As soon as we can, we’ll be back — no question about it. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

El lugar es exactamente como lo muestran las fotos, estuve por trabajo en santo Domingo junto con un grupo de compañeros, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar la casa tanto como hubiéramos querido, sin embargo, mantiene un concepto abierto y agradable, la zona es tranquila y te permite moverte fácilmente hacía cualquier lugar en Santo Domingo.

Es la segunda vez que Edwin es mi anfitrión y todo excelente. El apartamento está bien para pasar algunas noches para ir de compras, si no eres de SD. Repetiremos.

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

It’s in a great location, secure building with friendly staff. Balcony view was amazing , Host was always on point and very responsive when I needed something. The area is walkable and you will find a lot to do. Not far from amazing restaurants, la zona colonial, Boca chica, 30 mins away from the airport. I highly recommend this place!

the place look better then the picture and it has a privacy thing that can make the house dark during the day great for nap 😴😴😴

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!

excellent place and host the rules are a bit strict but I understand its to maintain order.
