An amazing stay ! 10/10 ! Very cozy & clean apartment! It has everything that you may need from utensils & silverware to cleaning amenities. Facilities are all nice & clean & even snacks are provided upon arriving. Host is very responsive & helpful. I felt right at home. I feel very fortunate to find this property on such short notice! I especially loved the roof top pool & game room. The overall stay was nice & peaceful.

Very friendly and responsive host. This place is very homey and cozy. I recommend this place its in a great location and walkable to all places. Very clean and the pool and deck area nice and private.

Charismer is a great communicator and extremely resourceful. There’s a guidebook inside. The couch is comfy as well as outdoor furniture. You can’t beat the place for the price. The staff in the building are also very nice. I’d stay here again.

The condo was just like the photos. Beautifully decorated and clean. Located near many nice restaurants. Will definitely reserve a place here again.

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

Excellent accommodation, I would definitely rent it again

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Jenci was extremely informative. Very responsive. His home was beautiful! Definitely the perfect home to stay in.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had a few quirks with appliances after checking in but all of those concerns were addressed promptly the following morning. One of our guests left a sweater and their team was nice enough to coordinate with them to ship it back to New York. Amazing hospitality!!

Very large house faithful to the photos. Fernando is relaxed. He kindly accepted my dog for that I thank him because it's not always easy here. Very good option for a long stay, there is a nice pool just for us. Carrefour and the National are a 10 min walk, 20 min from the beautiful Mirador Park sur. Quiet and secure neighborhood. I slept really well. Several colmados are also a short distance away.

A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.
