Great place to stay with scenic surroundings. Away from town rush but close enough to get to basic necessities. Samantha is very proactive and responsive. Check in/out Instructions were clear. Accommodation was as described. Very clean and every necessary amenities were available. definitely recommended.

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. The gondola ride and luge were a blast, and the bush walks, especially Bobs Cove, were unforgettable. Not to mention the fantastic dining options, with Amisfield being a standout. INCREDIBLE stay. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place, but the view alone is worth the money. You get breathtaking views from the kitchen and living room and the top bedroom. Very comfortable beds and luxurious towels. They really are so detail-oriented in the accomodations--they had towel warmers in the bathrooms and even had a US-NZ outlet adaptor in one of the drawers. Fern hill was a cute location that has some local walkable restaurants and shops and is an easy drive into downtown Queenstown or a long but beautiful walk. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, fully equipped and responsive host! A cozy home with everything you need from bathroom to kitchen to bedroom and very near Queenstown! Peaceful and love the hot tub and sauna with the mountain view and love the Bluetooth speaker … every night we have 2 dogs visiting us to say hi!

Absolutely loved the Tiers , the easy access and private setting was perfect . We had been really looking forward to a quiet relaxing place to unwind , and this was perfect. The guys running the Tiers were so easy and responsive to deal with so we had a break away from our normal lives that was exactly what we were after . One word , perfect !!!

Was such a great place to stay, very spacious and tidy. Great having a cafe across the road for a coffee in the mornings. Arna was such a great host. Definitely recommend staying here if you want somewhere to relax. Also it was so great for the kids they really enjoyed their visit too.

Me and the girls booked this spot for a proper girly pop night and it did not disappoint in the slightest! Looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless! I think that was the best sleep we’ve all had in a long time, the beds were like sleeping on clouds! The decor was amazing and had lots of people asking where we stayed so will be recommending, thank you for a great stay!

This was an excellent place to stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well located, quite large, and well equipped. A 10 minute walk and you were right amongst all of the activity of Queenstown. I'd happily stay here again, any time.

My partner and I had an incredible stay. The place was warm, cosy and smelt amazing upon arrival. We could not have been happier with it.

This tiny home is nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking views. The sense of seclusion and remoteness was exactly what we were craving, and this place delivered in spades. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was a dream and the feature window spectacularly framed the epic mountain view to the west. The heating panel under the table was more than enough to keep the whole cabin toasty and warm. The woodfired hot tub was a highlight, soaking under the stars with snow-capped peaks in the distance is an experience we won’t soon forget. If you're looking for the ultimate ‘get away from it all’ proposition, this is it. We'll be back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay! This place was perfect for our short stay but definitely would be great for a longer stay. The kitchen was so well equipped (even had a slow cooker), lots of fun games to play, amazing hot tub and beautiful surroundings. Sally was a great host, she gave us lots of tips for the area and was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
